Location near Murnau. The sanitary facilities are located including washing machine in the annex. A shared kitchen is available for courtyard guests in the main building. The Riegsee can be reached on foot within 10 minutes including small economy, as well as kiosk. The Sindelsdorf motorway exit (A95) is about 8 min. by car from the property. Fire bowl,barbecue, parking space as well as a seating area in the adjacent garden are available. PS: Additional sleeping places are available in the courtyard.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.
