Small private apartment (20 square meters) with small, fine bathroom (shower / toilet) and pantry kitchen (electric stove, fridge, coffee maker) in a quiet yet central location. On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the train station or supermarket and it is only 15 minutes to the center of Murnau or to Lake Staffelsee. There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. Incl. guest card (e.g. discount for mountain railway, museums, lidos, etc.)

In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy and fully equipped. Murnau is located on the Munich-Innsbruck railway line. Garmisch and the royal castles can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. There is a charging station for e-cars 150 meters away. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms Tourist tax is charged on site.

At home in the heart of Murnau

There were two of us in Murnau and we had very pleasant days in Doris' beautifully equipped and totally quiet apartment, which is surrounded by lovingly maintained terrace greenery. Coffee and tea are generously provided. If something has been forgotten, it is worth checking, because many things are ready. The center is close and Murnau is the perfect starting point for bike tours. The real highlight is the cosmopolitan and cheerful Doris, who welcomed us warmly and said goodbye warmly. We are determined to come back soon. Thanks for the wonderful time!

We had a wonderful stay at Antje’s place. It is located within walking distance of the center of Murnau. It is also allows easy access to Munich, Zugspitze, Salzburg, and other area attractions. The place was easy to find, and street parking is readily available in front of the house. Antje met us on arrival and explained the apartment’s features and amenities. She is very responsive, friendly and flexible. The apartment is very well furnished and comfortable for 4 adult guests. We could not have picked a better place, and we would definitely stay at her place again. Great experience!!

Clean and well equipped apartment in a quiet area. Edeka food market, AND good restaurants within walking distance (if you don't want to cook for your self). The bigger Weilheim is only a few kilometers away and offers picturesque buildings, more restaurants and a train station.

The studio under the roof of the Seidl villa in Murnau is a small diamond among the apartments that we have inhabited so far (with and without Airbnb ;). It is surprisingly large and great to look at, very clean and furnished with a lot of love for a pleasant, airy living. Nothing is superfluous toy, but all beautiful to look at and arranged with a sense of perspective. A special highlight is the hammock in the living room, which was actively used by all of us - big and small. Our point of contact was friendly, open and helpful and we felt super comfortable there from the first minute.
