Large garden with BBQ. EV wallbox and self check-in. Black Forest, Lake Constance, Freiburg, Stuttgart and Zurich are easy to reach.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Deißlingen bietet reizvolle naturbelassene oder befestigte Wald-u.Feldwege, sowie Radwege. Im Ort gibt es 2 Bäckereien, 2 Metzgereien, sowie 1 Supermarkt, die in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar sind. Ein Hotel mit Restaurant, ein Döner-Imbiss und ein gut bürgerliches Gasthaus sind ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

In einem 200 jährigen Haus, haben wir die Scheune liebevoll und baubiologisch saniert und eine Wohnung daraus gezaubert. Sie ist ausgestattet mit Holzboden, Holzfenstern, eigenenem Eingang, Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Holzofen, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer mit Dusche.
