Vacation rentals with a patio in Sovereign Harbour

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

An excellent stay in a delightful basement flat. Tolly left great recommendations for the area and the flat is ideally situated for access to Brighton. I would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous and generous accommodation in Old Hastings, central to great restaurants, independent shops, the beach, and old fishing quarter. The accommodation is beautifully decorated with interesting objects, and feels like home from home. The thoughtful details and numerous provisions made for a great and happy stay. Our thanks to the hosts for the ease or communication and plentiful suggestions and, of course, for the wonderful 'home'. We hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here very much. Lesley was so helpful even when we asked for a little help with something. She was very quick to respond. The beds and linen are extremely comfortable. The place is so close to the sea and very close to loads of wonderful restaurants and a short walk to the main central bit of town. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, the temperature outside was very varied hot one day and very cold another day so we experienced both the house being cool and comfortable on the hot day, warm and cosy with good heating the other day. Thank you Lesley for a great stay. We said we will book again next time we are in Brighton.

I stayed two nights at Ann’s place, and I was impressed by the size of the accommodation and the location too. I had use of a very large lounge, equally large bedroom, and a separate kitchen with everything I needed. The location is walkable to Eastbourne town centre, and there is also a lovely local park just a couple of minutes walk. Ann was very helpful and available via text, and the accommodation really was spotless and very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spacious, very clean, stylish, and extremely comfortable—everything we were hoping for. We especially loved the outdoor seating area, which got plenty of sun and was perfect for relaxing. Parking was spot on, right outside the property, which made things super easy. The location is excellent too—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was ideal. The host had great communication throughout, which really helped everything go smoothly. This trip was a birthday present for my wife, and it honestly couldn’t have been better—thank you so much!

If you are planning a trip to Eastbourne we highly recommend staying here. The outdoor space means you can BBQ and two TVs keep the kids entertained in their own space.

We had a wonderful (albeit brief) stay at Jane’s beautiful home! The space was spotless, stylish, and so comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a real highlight, and we’re already looking forward to coming back and making the most of it next time. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons, but Jane was incredibly understanding and kind about our situation. She was a fantastic host throughout—thoughtful, responsive, and welcoming. A special thank you for the delicious-looking marmalade waiting for us on arrival! We can’t wait to enjoy it at breakfast. Highly recommend Jane’s place for anyone looking for a peaceful and lovely escape. We hope to return soon!

Our party of 6 were all very happy with our stay. Very comfortable, very well equipped, lovely garden. Highly recommended.

Ricky was a great host and outlined all the relevant information we could need before we arrived. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the place was spotless. Really appreciated the small amenities like coffee, milk, towels, hair dryer etc. The shower was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, it was round the corner from the train station but also the road the house is on was still quiet, well apart from the seagulls but it is Brighton 😅 House was a nice temperature, everything worked, WiFi worked great. Decor was tasteful and uncluttered, the little outdoor patio area was cute. Really can’t fault anything at all.

This little cottage is a hidden gem. It is so comfy and cosy and so very stylish. We would happily move in! The beds were super comfy, and the host had thought of everything you could possibly need to make the stay easy and feel like a home from home. Highly recommend you stay here.

We really enjoyed staying at Amy’s place. The cottage is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Amy was a helpful and responsive host. The location is superb, our first time in Rye but we will be back. We particularly enjoyed brunch at The Fig and dinner at The Union in Rye and The George Hotel has a lovely courtyard for drinks. Thank you Amy.

Cannot recommend Nicki and her house highly enough. The accommodation is spacious (much bigger than we anticipated from the pics), really comfy, incredibly well equipped, clean, in a great location for both St Leonards and Hastings. Its a quick walk to the beach, and also to some nice coffee shops and bakeries etc. The house itself is really comfy, and well decorated, loads of interesting art, and great outside patios. Nicki was super helpful and responsive.

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. Alan was a great host, friendly, flexible and quick to respond. The flat was clean, tidy and had lovely furnishings. A perfect little residence for a Brighton stay, well located, only a short walk into the main part of Brighton and the sea.

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

I've visited Adrian's several times now. The flat is perfect for a restful stay, while being close to amazing restaurants, bars, the beach, parks. Adrian is a great host and check in and staying at the flat is always very easy. Highly recommend for a visit.

This was such a lovely flat! Gorgeous view, close to town, seafront and West Cliff. I loved the little balcony and garden at the back, it was a sun trap and so peaceful. The flat is super clean and has everything you need, had the best stay!

To be very honest, our jaw dropped on entry at the quality of everything in the apt. Serious care and attention has clearly been given to put this apt on a very high level. Courtyard is another bonus. Bathrooms / showers fantastic …..great spaces locally for walking the dog. Ernie loved it, and wants to return, as do we ! Thank you Connor and Megan
