Vacation rentals with a patio in Soverato

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located, has two pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer. Great welcome from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended for everyone.

I really enjoyed staying at the place. During the day I could walk to the beach (20 minutes walk) or to the supermarket (15 minutes). Pasquale even took me by car to Gerzzeria Lido and offered to rent me a bike. We had nice conversations and I could always ask him if I needed tips for the area or had questions about the place. I felt very comfortable overall. The place had everything I needed. I'd love to come back if I travel to the area again.

Matteo is a kind and reliable host. Attentive to the details, he made himself available when needed. New place in great condition. Waterfront and amenities within walking distance. Great experience in all respects. Highly recommended

We were very well looked after with our 3 small children in the Baia del Sole by Simon and Eva. Upon arrival, a welcome gift (very sweet gesture) awaited us for our first dinner. The accommodation is in a very quiet location and the house has everything you need, the pool was a fantastic refreshment. The sea was beautiful and a 5-minute drive away. There were great beaches everywhere in the area. Also the wonderful city of Tropea is not too far away. Thanks to you Eva for the helpful tips and suggestions for an even greater stay. And thanks for always being available, no matter what questions we had. We will certainly book a stay with you again! Thanks for everything 🙏🏼

I stayed with my family at this beautiful place. Located within a residential complex, with an attached pool, the property offers a magnificent view of the Aeolian Islands. Well furnished, equipped with all comforts, clean, with two air conditioners that fully do their duty, a starting point for the many excursions in the nearby towns (Costa degli Gods) that you want to visit. Andrey, despite not being present on site, has always been kind and responsive. Family-friendly place to stay that I highly recommend!

we only stayed for 1 day and we didn't made justice to the place. if youbare visiting this place atleast you should book for 4 -5 days. what a great host and family. the whole farm house was so wonderful and peaceful. my daughters really had a good time with the pets. one of the best croissant I had in breakfast made my hosts wife. place is so wonderful and I can't wait to return back. we'll done and keep maintaining the standard.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Well organized and clean accommodation, easily accessible and in a strategic position to be able to reach all places on the coast of the gods. Very quiet and peaceful area. Well-stocked kitchen with every utensil and very welcoming private garden. Rosa has always been a host present at every request and information.

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! The house is spacious and comfortable, ideally located in the heart of the old town, in a green setting. Very quiet. Francesca welcomed us very warmly. We had a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Giuseppe’s was a great host! He responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place and we would stay here again easily! We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful Siderno!

Salvatore was always kind and available. The place was super clean and fully furnished. The place is very quiet but very close to many attractions in the area and above all to the beautiful beaches nearby. Highly recommended structure.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Arriving in the village was already special due to the ride up. The driveway takes about 10 minutes and gives a first impression of the view. A small mountain village with lots of charm and very friendly people. There is a pizzeria and also a small shop. The place is a very clean. We felt right at home there. It is so idyllic and prepared with a lot of love. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be Stefania and her family are very accommodating and intrusive. We will be happy to come back...

Choosing to stay here was the right choice for me, and I had a wonderful and comfortable time here!Thank you Marenya, the host for being so enthusiastic and helpful and caring for me as her family.When I first arrived, I sent a drop-off address and Marenya immediately showed up right in front of me.Car me to the accommodation, she was very skilled and showed me around the house and taught me how to use the supplies.The room is unexpectedly beautiful, very neat and clean. I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Chiara was very friendly and delegated us well to the accommodation despite the late arrival and responded very flexibly. She gave us several restaurant recommendations on request which were very good. Place was very clean and special. We only had two days stay and definitely recommend Chiara!!!
