Villa vacation rentals in Soverato

Nicola is an incredibly friendly, helpful and present host. The apartment is very close to the sea, within walking distance and also accessible to wheelchairs. The main beach is free and on the side there are 2 equipped beaches, then still free beaches for hundreds of meters, including one that allows dogs, despite there being no physical boundaries or special controls (at least in the first week of September, the time I went on vacation). Both Nicola's entire property and the beaches are very clean, the sea doesn't need to talk: it's wonderful!! Who knows, maybe I'll be back one day! Ps. The backyard is dominated by cats of all ages that I love to madness! Some are more friendly than others, but not at all disturbing. Our dog survived with peace of mind.

It was a lovely getaway. The host was very helpful and friendly. The house was completely as described, very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need (and even more). The area near the house is huge, well-maintained, with a diverse landscape . Excellent place for a large group. There are supermarkets and great restaurants within reach. The coastline is deserted and the sea is crystal clear. There are many locations with ancient castles nearby. An unforgettable experience was made by authentic villages. We will definitely come back to this value place.

It was a great choice for a few quiet and peaceful days. The house where you can relax surrounded by nature, the wonderful sea that you can reach in 8-10 minutes, smiling and caring hosts... They also provided solutions to every need we had in the shortest time. It was the best house and the best host for the houses we have stayed in so far. I recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone. We were very pleased.

The apartment has everything you need. We enjoyed the self check-in/check-out. The village is well-kept and very quiet in September (a plus for us), the sea is a 2-minute walk away. By car, the main towns, beaches and villages of the Costa degli Aranci are easily and quickly accessible. Mr. Giuseppe's directions were precise, telephone communication quick and pleasant. Highly recommended

Manuel's place is a beautiful structure on the Ionian state road, the house is renovated with a livable outdoor space. The furniture is very simple. Great for a beach house. Manuel is an excellent landlord, responsive to all requests and really very kind, he is a security because he can solve the problems that may occur during a stay. The house is in a unique location, just open a gate and you're practically on the beach. The beaches are very spacious and very clean, the sea is really nice. A great strength beyond the location is the air conditioning of the entire house with the possibility of being able to regulate the temperature in every room and have the feeling you are in a cool room but without the direct air of the air conditioner. The town lends itself to a classic vacation in the sign of rest and tranquility. The car is recommended to allow visits to the various neighboring countries. I will definitely be back

We are a group of two families (4 adults and a boy). We really found a welcoming property, very well maintained, well organized, equipped with everything you need (and even more). We congratulate Benedetto, the owner. We'll definitely be back in the next few years.

We had very relaxing stay with amazing view on the sea. The houst was very welcoming and communicated very well. Recommend this stay for sure.

Beautiful house in the middle of the green, surrounded only by olive groves and fruit trees, wildlife, crickets. If you love peace & seclusion, this is the place. You're really all alone here, far from civilization. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. The apartments are stocked with everything you could need. Outdoor grill and pool are great options, but we were also a lot on the beautiful beaches of the surrounding area. Ilario is great and gave many recommendations, especially the restaurant Le Zagare we liked very much (delicious pizza!).

Maria is a very nice person, very welcoming, and it was easy to check-in even late evening. Her house is in the middle of the Calabrian mountains, almost inside the national park of Sila. The room felt very intimate, and we had a nice Breakfast with good coffee in the morning. She even gave me recommendations on the area. I can recommend the place, worth more than the listing. Will definitely visit again if I’m around!

We absolutely loved our stay in the Pizzo Beach Club. We were close to so many amenities and it was easy to explore. The pool was great for when we didn’t feel like leaving the community. Food was great at the nearby restaurant. Nicole was a great host and took care of all our needs. Only 1 thing I would mention is that there was no garbage bags, dish soap or dishwasher pods. Some of the basics like coffee, pepper, oil would have been a nice touch. Otherwise everything was exceptional. Highly recommend.

We spent 2 unforgettable weeks in this beautiful seaside villa. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach. The villa is spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing vacation. Free parking is well guarded in the residence. A special thank you goes to the hosts, who were extremely kind and helpful. From the time of booking until checkout, they were always ready to answer any questions and provide advice on what to visit nearby. They made us feel at home! I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy place to enjoy the sea in complete tranquility We look forward to coming back, thank you very much.

We had a great time at Francesco's, responsive, understanding and super nice hosts. Flawless self-check-in despite our delay. A pretty villa in a secure and quiet residence with a beautiful setting large enough to accommodate 7 adults. The super-equipped kitchen, the bed sheets and bath towels were excellent, the outside and the shower outside made our stay pleasant. The beach was only a few meters walk away and in May, we were practically alone on it (really nice). A big thank you to our hosts also for their recommendations and for this stay!!! Arrivederci 🌶️🇮🇹

Our stay at Constantino was exceptional and went far beyond our expectations. Upon arrival we instantly received a room upgrade, as there had been difficulties with our former room. The staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. The room contained all the necessary features. Our several dinners and lunches at their own restaurant granted us a great dining experience, making our stay unique and memorable. The food was delicious and beyond that sustainable. The villa also provided us with exquisite scenic views and a clean pool. We were also very glad that the towels were exchanged every 3 days. They also offer the possibility of booking breakfast, which we took advantage of and had every day. It is possible to have a sweet or a savory breakfast. Furthermore, we had no difficulties finding our way from the main station to the villa, however it comes in handy to have access to a car in order to be able to go to the 10km far away beach or to explore Calabria.💚🤍❤

The best host! He met us when we arrived and was super friendly and helpful. The house is literally on the ocean with great views and a nice walking path right in the back yard. We are looking to return again soon! I highly recommend this place! It is amazing!

Villa Zufrò is a corner of peace and quiet a short distance from beautiful Calabrian beaches. A villa surrounded by greenery, with a breathtaking view where you are welcomed by a pleasant family climate. The sunset on the terrace, the breakfasts overlooking the sea, the excellent homemade cakes, the delicious and clean room are just some of the elements that have made our short stay special. It's a shame you can't give it more than 5 stars because it would definitely deserve more.
