Beachfront vacation rentals in Soverato

Many thanks to Valentina for the accommodation and hospitality. That's what makes airbnb fun. A private accommodation from a real person who provides everything with love and care. We would come back any time if we travel to this region again. Everything is as seen in the pictures or read in the description text. Valentina is a great and helpful host. We had a great time and the view from the gable window to the sea is world class.

We had a great stay at House Nina. The apartment is spacious and clean. The outdoor area is particularly beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The village is quiet and has a nice beach. The WiFi works more times less well. There are two different wifi and we were able to switch to the other when one of the two was weak. Overall, we got along well with it. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a wine from our own production, which we were very happy about. We also ordered the homemade beer and a limoncello. Prices were very fair and it was brought to us directly to the door within 5 minutes. Overall, we can only recommend the apartment!

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

Leandro’s house was in a very convenient location - near the beach, shops and restaurants. Inside it was clean and comfortable and as described. Leandro was very helpful and flexible with time when we asked for an early check in and late check out. He even left a large bowl of fruit and water in the fridge for us.

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! An unforgettable stay and would definitely go back! Thank you for sharing your lovely place Salvatore.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. There's all the comforts. It's newly built and we found it very clean and matching the listing. The outdoor space for breakfasts and lunches with the background of the waves and the operation. A few minutes by car you can reach the center of Pizzo or various restaurants and supermarkets. Special thanks to Denis: attentive, present but never invasive. Appreciate the flexibility of time for check-in and check-out procedures, to meet our needs. I spent two weeks with family (with two small children). We had a wonderful vacation. Super recommended

We had a peaceful and enjoyable family time at this place. The accommodation is exactly as described and has hosted us very comfortably (4 people). The beautiful terrace with sea views and the private beach in the immediate vicinity guarantee to make the most of a privileged geographical location and one of the most beautiful coastline in all of Calabria. Lucia was a perfect and considerate host: responsive, cordial, accommodating and providing advice to ensure a successful stay. It was a very nice way to close our summer vacation and an experience that we will be delighted to repeat in the future.

Annelis house is close to the beach and offers a marvelous view over the sea. Anneli is great and generous, she allowed as a really late checkout. Communication with her was absolutely easy and she always answered very fast. Since she wasn't around we were taken care of by Loraine who is lovely and who gave us a lot of useful informations. The house itself is enough big for a family with 4kids, the beds a comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you need. Off-season you have to drive a little bit to the next supermarket since there are not many people in the area, but on the other hand we were almost alone at the beach and that was worth it. We loved to be there and are hoping to come again soon.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

We really loved our stay here! We especially enjoyed the private beach access and the outside terrace. Also, Marco was super communicative and responsive even late at night when we checked in:)

Nice and practical house with everything you need! Very clean. Lovely large terrace overlooking the sea. Clean and nice pool just nearby. Walking distance to beach, free sun loungers and parasols. Crystal clear water. We got quick and good help from Britta and co as AC in the living room didn't work. This place is highly recommended!

Massimo is a very friendly and helpful host, everytime available if there should be any questions. We loved staying at his house on the calabrian countryside with cows, sheep and olivetrees as our neighbours. We would come back anytime without hesitating.

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.

We stayed here only for one night on a road trip. It would be perfect for a beach vacation as well, as it is right on the water and walking distance to restaurants. And yes, the terrace in the pictures is big, beautiful and only for this airbnb! The only draw back is there isn't much indoor seating for many people.

Our balcony had one of the best sea views we have ever had. Absolutely stunning. We went mid October and the weather was fabulous. Fantastic snorkelling in front of the villa in crystal clear calm waters. Tough walk if you want to go by foot to the nearest bar but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Local firm are happy to collect you from the barrier and take you to Pizzo in a Tuk Tuk (great fun) which cost 5 euros each. Villa and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. Thank you Maurizio for a wonderful holiday.

We spent 2 unforgettable weeks in this beautiful seaside villa. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach. The villa is spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing vacation. Free parking is well guarded in the residence. A special thank you goes to the hosts, who were extremely kind and helpful. From the time of booking until checkout, they were always ready to answer any questions and provide advice on what to visit nearby. They made us feel at home! I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy place to enjoy the sea in complete tranquility We look forward to coming back, thank you very much.

Beautiful house with a huge sun lounger overlooking the sea. Extremely equipped with everything, both as tools and appliances in the kitchen, and as detergents and cleaning products. A stone's throw from the beautiful marina beach of Zambrone (very clean but immediately deep water). You are a 10-minute drive from Tropea, where there is also a Eurospin to do shopping, which I highly recommend because in the neighboring markets they fill you. Great house in a great place 👍

We loved our stay! We will 100% stay here again when we come to visit family. The apartment was very clean- the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and had a lovely balcony and view! The location is perfect- we would wake up everyday and walk right across the street to the beach. Beatrice was a great host- very responsive and helpful when we needed assistance with anything!

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

We stayed in this apartment the penultimate week of August 2024. Already from the description and photos used by the owners to present the apartment, it can be seen that it is a niceapartment, recently built, well furnished and in a quiet and elegant setting. The expectations, therefore, were very high: they were widely exceeded. - the apartment is spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary comforts so as not to notice any differences with your home; - The garden, very well-kept with a beautiful lawn, has a gazebo and a barbecue that make the evenings magical: relaxing and extraordinarily "summer"; - The beach and the sea (amazing) are really a few meters away; - In Caulonia and in neighboring countries there are all the services and the value for money is always very correct. I sincerely hope to spend more summers, with my family, in this beautiful apartment. Finally, thank you to Giuseppe for your punctuality and availability.
