Paolo was a great host, very kind and quick to respond, even offering us some fresh fruit and vegetables. The place was clean, just as described, and in a wonderful and peaceful location. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

El apartamento está bien equipado, cuenta con todo lo necesario para estancias cortas o largas; la habitación es cómoda, buena conexión a internet que me permitió trabajar sin problema y el alojamiento está muy cuidado y limpio. La localidad es súper tranquila, una buena base de operaciones para descubrir varios grupos de las dolomitas y muchos otros lugares interesantes o para relajarse leyendo en un día de lluvia. Es indispensable tener coche y estar dispuesto a hacer algunos km (para mí no fue ningún problema) pero esa pega es a favor de un ambiente más local, alejado de sitios turistificados, algo que valoro. Me gustaría destacar el buen trato que recibí, el anfitrión fue atento y resolvió cualquier consulta/tema que me surgió. Me sentí bien atendido en todo momento. Grazie mille e arrivederci!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Margreid bei Herbert und sind mit Zwei Motorrädern angreist. Herbert ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns die Südtiroler Gästekarte über Hebert geholt und konnten somit mit Bus und Bahn alles erkunden (empfehlenswert). 2.5 km ist der Bahnhof entfernt und der Nächste größere Supermarkt ca.6 km. Es hat hat nichts gefehlt, war super ordentlich und Herbert war sehr Hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great location - walking distance to all the major sites around downtown Trento. New building and well furnished. It is important to note that the air conditioning is seasonal and only on during the summer, which the company decides when to turn it on. If AC is a deciding factor it would be best to check ahead if it will be on during your stay. We were there in mid-May with summer temperatures, but the AC was not turned on yet. Also pay close attention to the photos they send of the place, because they own a few places in close proximity and you don’t want to go to the wrong building. ☺️

Alpine retreat with Dolomite views

Albano and his wife were such lovely hosts with the most warm welcome. Such a beautiful and pristine property with a great view! Not overly walkable however, and in hindsight not the best base location wise for our trip to the Dolomites. We wished we were on the other side of Bolzano as the drives were a bit long and windy. Some cooling in the bedroom would have been lovely, as both of us as couples felt quite stuffy and hot, but weren’t able to open the windows overnight due to rain and bugs. The heating for the wintertime looks very well set up! The fireplace was lovely. Great property overall, and very very clean! Thanks Albano 🤩
