Monthly Rentals in Souvigné

On a two-day business trip to the Tours area, I stayed in this charming studio. The accommodation is clean, well-appointed, equipped with wifi, and as described. Claire was responsible and pleasant in her communication. I recommend this property.

I had a great 5 week stay in Sophie's lovely studio. I felt "like family" there. Indeed, Sophie is very welcoming, friendly and attentive to the comfort and well-being of her tenants. She picked me up from the train station and took me there several times. She made sure several times that I didn't miss anything. The studio is part of a pretty old house divided into several lots. It is comfortable and has all the necessary items for a long stay, with access to a washer and dryer in the main house. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained. Recommended unreservedly. Thank you Sophie!

We had a lovely stay here at the start of April. It's a beautiful, quiet place surrounded by pear and apple orchards, perfect to just chill out, play some table tennis or have a barbecue and eat outside. There didn't seem to be a lot going on in the closest small towns, but there are so many beautiful chateaux to visit in this area, and the Zoo de la Flèche and Tours are both well worth a visit. The pool was still closed for winter, but it looked like it will be great when open and the weather was good enough to eat many meals outside (although too cold for breakfast).

A big thank you to Emilie and her father Gilles for hosting us in their home! Everything was perfect, good communication, very clean and well-equipped apartment. The reserved parking space is very convenient. I recommend it!
