Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Bunting - a lovely seaside cottage with garden

Built in 1905, Bunting is a cosy cottage in the heart of Southwold, which is surely the epitome of the traditional English seaside resort. The cottage was completely remodelled inside in 2019, and the garden was landscaped with a coastal theme in June 2020. It is opposite a lovely park with children's swings, next to St Edmund's church. Southwold's famous beach, lighthouse, Edwardian pier and high street with its high quality shops, pubs and restaurants are all less than five minutes walk away.

Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac ,facing the local green.Wrentham is a great location close too southwold and a short drive too waberswick and dunwich.Theres the local pub, coffee shop a chinese takeaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Dogs welcome (fully enclosed garden).

Beautifully positioned just a stone’s throw away from the River Waveney, this charming 2 bedroom cottage is idyllically located in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.
