Vacation rentals with a patio in Southwick

Nice place to stay. Didn't find it easy to park the car however and metered parking everywhere. Like that everywhere in Brighton it appears however. Definitely not the fault of Tolly's place!

My wife and I stayed at Lucio’s flat for 4 nights with our dog to explore the sights of Brighton. The location was really handy for getting to the seafront as well as dog friendly places to eat/drink, and we managed to book a parking space just a few minutes walk away. The flat was clean, tidy and nicely decorated, although the sofa wasn’t the most comfy and the bedside lamp switches were hard to reach without getting out of bed. We were advised that the neighbours were sensitive to noise, which we were very mindful of, but ironically we did find them to be quite noisy at times so ear plugs are recommended. Be mindful that the garden is very small, particularly if you have a bigger dog, but expected for a flat in this location. A few more provisions, like a welcome pack, some milk or more toilet paper would have been welcome. However the information Lucio provided in advance was useful, including recommendations for places to eat. We’d stay again.

Perfect - accommodation, host, location The Annex is very clean, spacious and comfortable, thoughtfully designed and furnished, and Shirley is a very good host. Cannot fault it at all. Hassocks has a train station, pub, several cafes and restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets - all within a 5-10 minute easy walk. Everything you need, as well as public footpaths and walks to explore.

Peaceful place with a spacious bedroom and lovely, spacious garden. (Garden photos really undersell it, it was a nice little subtrap). Being somewhere quiet and close to the sea was important - and this place delivered! Million amenities within minutes walk as well.

Our stay while short, was comfortable and relaxing! The Studio was the perfect base to come home to after a long day. Sue was a great host, meeting us as we arrived, ensuring we felt right at home. We all enjoyed our stay.

The place was cosy, and very clean. It reflected the descriptions. It was nice to have coffee, tea milk and butter. Sarah gave me the information on how to find the place. She was very reactive. I would gladly stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here very much. Lesley was so helpful even when we asked for a little help with something. She was very quick to respond. The beds and linen are extremely comfortable. The place is so close to the sea and very close to loads of wonderful restaurants and a short walk to the main central bit of town. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, the temperature outside was very varied hot one day and very cold another day so we experienced both the house being cool and comfortable on the hot day, warm and cosy with good heating the other day. Thank you Lesley for a great stay. We said we will book again next time we are in Brighton.

Wendy and Roger made us feel very welcome. They made sure there was coffee, bread, milk etc. 🙏🏼 The accommodation is fully equipped and very, very clean! The environment is breath taking. Id you love nature/walking, this is a great place. Furthermore Brighton is only a 20-minute drive away.

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Josh’s house was as described. Everything was spotless and had everything listed and that we would’ve needed. The location is slightly out of center but taxis are quick and cheap and walk was easy. Communication was quick and helpful. We met him on checking in and he was friendly and made everything super easy for our stay. Would definitely recommend and looking at booking next time I’m back.

My family had a long stay at James’ place and it was everything we needed. Very pleasant location that allowed us to visit Nation Trust Parks, Brighton, South Downs, w w Worthing, Seaford , Portsmouth etc. Easy to find and park. House size for a family was just right and area was peaceful at night. Was comfortable, warm and clean with great kitchen. James was always available to answer questions and very accommodating. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Such a beautiful home with excellent amenities, everything you could possibly need for a comfortable trip away! We had an amazing stay and I would 100% book again. Highly recommend, thank you Julie for being a wonderful host.

Jo was an exceptional host from start to finish and couldn't have accomodated us more! The place is gorgeous and we felt instantly at home. Everywhere was super clean, the beds were so comfy and the overall vibe of the place was spot on. Sad to have only stayed one night but will 100% be making a return next time we are in the area. My Mum and Dad needed a place to stay for a few months whilst they were buying a new bungalow nearby and Daryl's place was perfect for them, clean & tidy, modern not old or tired at all like some they have been in before. Daryl was a great host and even found them some table and chairs and additional requirements they needed. Very pleasant stay whils their conveyancing was going through and everything worked out perfectly, thanks Daryl ! Recommended.

The CUTEST cottage! We had a wonderful stay. Close to everything and lots to do! Abigail was very quick to respond to us! Totally recommend!

Great place to stay in worthing. Perhaps the cleanest air bnb I have ever stayed in - genuinely spotless! Very comfortable for a couple with 2 children and close to many amenities and the beach. Marie is a very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend.

Goldeneye was the perfect place for our puppy’s first staycation! Rob went over and above to provide instructions and excellent recommendations, sending all information across ahead of our visit. All of the little touches for us we truly appreciated. Area is perfect for a seaside trip, very dog friendly and the apartment was perfect size. Would 100% recommend, thanks Rob!!

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

We came for only a night but could have easily stayed longer. Beautiful location and immaculate home. We loved the view over the garden while having our morning coffee. Local pub- Blackboys Inn, is very good. A short drive, which we did due to weather, or a 30 min walk. Highly recommend this property.

Second stay at Adrian's at this address, the accommodation is spotless, close to the center while being quiet. Good responsiveness from Adrian. There is the necessary basics (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil) and a good refrigerator. Shops are within 10 minutes. I would recommend this neat place.

We really enjoyed staying at Bloomsbury place. We felt it was in a great location, and was just the right size for the 3 of us (2 adults and a small dog). The place was pristine and the welcome goodies made us feel right at home. We had never been to Brighton before and feel like we’d love to come again every chance we get. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. X

Natalie's apartment was amazing. very clean and in a great spot! the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was very fully stocked. the bathrooms and toilets were spotless and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. would be more than happy to stay again.

To be very honest, our jaw dropped on entry at the quality of everything in the apt. Serious care and attention has clearly been given to put this apt on a very high level. Courtyard is another bonus. Bathrooms / showers fantastic …..great spaces locally for walking the dog. Ernie loved it, and wants to return, as do we ! Thank you Connor and Megan
