High vaulted ceilings give the Annex a light and airy feel and it is furnished with a luxurious King size bed, with fresh linen, ensuite bathroom, open plan kitchen, sofa and flat screen tv. Outside the bedroom is small private courtyard with seats. On street parking on request at £3.50 a day.

We are situated in a lovely area 3minutes from the train station it’s about 5 stops into Brighton and takes about 12 minutes . We have a shopping square over the road , you can get everything you need there. We are a 5 minute walk to a beach with great cafes . A dog friendly park is just a stroll up the road. The annex is self contained with own front door,double bed,shower, towels. Microwave oven,compact fridge,washing machine ,parking on-drive.Tea&coffee.
