Monthly Rentals in Southside

Our stay at Chris's Condo was excellent. The view was amazing and just what we were looking for on our 20th Annivresary getaway. We rented a car, and had no trouble gettig around the island. The provided parking space was great and conveniently located near the door to the unit. The space was clean, well provisioned with everything we needed from beach towels to pool noodles. We walked over to Bolongo Bay for breakfast one morning. The directions Chris provide were spot on and we'd have been lost without them. Be prepared if you do, the hills coming back are quite the little workout! The place was centrally located well enough that we were able to explore the island east to west, and the north side, over two of our days, and still be within 20 to 30 minutes from almost any direction. We watched a Cruise ship departing the first night after sunset, and the breeze with the doors open was nice enough to keep things bearable (in late May) and hear the waves crashing from the Bedroom.

We stayed at Anna’s place while in town for a wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect, especially since the couple getting married was just two minutes away! The location was incredibly convenient, and the home itself was adorable, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the abundance of towels, as well as thoughtful extras like bug spray, sunscreen, aloe, and snacks. The space was very clean, beautifully decorated, and peaceful throughout our stay. It was also just a short drive to downtown and no more than 20 minutes from anywhere we needed to go on the island. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend staying here!

This was the perfect location for my girls’s trip! Plenty of space and loved that each bedroom has their own bathroom which came in handy with 5 ladies trying to get ready at once. Only has a couple questions arise during our stay, but Meghan was very responsive. Will definitely be back and recommend to others for future trips!

My husband and I recently stayed at Coral Cove and between the beautiful view directly from our living room window, great location to all of the things we wanted to experience on the Island, and the amenities available in the community it couldn’t have been more perfect! We loved starting or ending our day looking out from the cliff side pool, the community is quiet and relaxed and the location of the unit adds an element of privacy. We were very happy with our choice of the place we called home for the week. Thanks for all of your help Lizzie, super responsive and was helpful in any way she could!
