Condo vacation rentals in Southside

this property surpassed our expectations. The view and accommodations were spectacular. it was extremely clean and the condo was fully stocked with cookware, etc. all appliances and furnishings appeared new and the condominium was decorated beautifully. The property was peaceful and quiet, but located relatively close to Redhook and Charlotte Amile. we were within walking distance of Iggies and Bologna Bay. without a doubt, I would strongly recommend building 22 unit 15 to anyone. the cost was very reasonable my only recommendation would be to change the ceiling light in the bedroom to a combination, ceiling, light, and fan. if we ever return to St. Thomas, we would definitely consider staying there again.

We loved staying at Making Waves! Laurie is a great hostess. The condo was just what our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The view from the balcony y was beautiful! We loved hearing the ocean and walking in the beach. The pool was clean and spacious. Lots of chairs, tables and lounge chairs. We appreciated the little details such as a clothes drying line on the balcony - great for wet swimsuits, the high top table on the balcony so you could see the ocean better, and shampoo and conditioner in the shower (great when your luggage doesn't arrive when you do)! Highly recommended Making Waves to anyone looking for a condo inner Thomas.

The place was amazing and the views even more. I highly recommend and I would say one of the best spots in st Thomas.

Deena saved our vacation. We arrived in St. Thomas from Kansas just to find that our original host ghosted us. Deena worked last minute to make sure we had places to stay. We will definitely reach out to Deena when we return.

As stated - two bedroom villa in the Marriott Frenchman’s Cove. Beautiful view from the deck. Not much at this resort in terms of restaurants. Will need to rent a car or take taxis everywhere from this location. Taxis charge per person, not by the mile so for bigger groups a rental car is needed.

I can't say enough great things about the experience of staying at this villa in St. Thomas. It is spacious and beautifully decorated with tasteful and comfortable furnishings and linens. The location couldn't get any better; you have everything you need, from a restaurant on site, a marketplace for snacks, pastry, beverages, etc., a pool, and of course, the beautiful beach that is easy to walk to. There are umbrellas and beach chairs to lounge on, and someone to bring your drinks and food, if you desire. A water taxi will take you into Charlotte Amalie, and the hospitable staff will call you a regular taxi for other destinations. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and Chris is a terrific host. He provided useful information and responded to all communication quickly. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation in this "Paradise." I wholeheartedly recommend staying here; it's Paradise!

This place was unbelievable! It looked just like the pictures and had even more amenities then we could have hoped for. Definitely worth every penny. The pools were well kept and the view was beautiful. We loved walking down to Iggies Oasis for cheap drinks and good eats. The only thing we did not anticipate was the amount of stairs to get to the apartment. If you have mobility issues this could pose a challenge. However, once we saw the amazing place and view a little bit of exercise was completely worth it. Heidi was very nice and responsive with communication. We even got to see a few iguanas right outside the condo ❤️

Our stay at Donovan’s was incredible. The home is clean, spacious, and has every amenity. Both Donovan and the management team sent multiple communications to assure that we had everything that we needed. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops. Coffee every morning on the balcony, watching sunrise over the bay - spectacular!

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

Amazing stay at Ana’s place! Walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants sapphire beach has to offer. Would absolutely come back!! Ana was so responsive with recommendations and help when needed. Thank you!!

amazing location and condo! much more spacious than the photos show and fit me and my three friends perfectly. on site restaurants were amazing and very convenient. private beach was great, we spent a lot of time there! communication with brandon was very easy and we had a wonderful stay. Absolutely would stay again!

This place was amazing! So peaceful and serene, the beach is a 1 min walk from the from door, private with spectacular views and an absolutely perfectly oeaceful environment. The community was inviting and warm, everyone was genuinely happy that I was there and I felt like famiky with the way I was welcomed and recieved. The unit itself was perfect with a spectacular kitchen, AC, and private bedroom with ample sleeping for 4. This was a steal at the cost and would use this again if I returned. The pool was not working during my trip but it did not matter as the beach was so inviting. A car is needed to see different parts of the island but there are private picturesque beaches within walking distance. Sunrises and sunsets were astonishing and breathtaking from the bluff above the private beach, a short 10 min hike. The fire pit, was a great place to meet locals and have great conversations along with a family style BBQ to bring it all together really made this place feel like home.

This home made our stay so pleasant. The host Jacqueline was amazing & accommodating. With beautiful views & a super cozy feel, you can’t go wrong with this temporary home away from home.

The home was exactly as described. The location was perfect, kind of in the middle of all major sites; ferry to St. John and Red Hook wine and dine area are down the road. The home was spotless clean and had all the extras that you would use in your own home. Camila was very responsive for the few questions we had. We would absolutely come back!

I strongly recommend Xaverie’s. I Stayed here for 10 days and when I tell you it was like home but much more relaxing. This is my second stay at Xaverie’s homes and both experiences were wonderful! Looking forward to next year.

We had a lovely stay! We enjoyed the ocean view, snorkeling at the beach, pool access, and the friendliness of the complex. We appreciated the amenities that were provided. Would recommend!

If I could give Joyce more than 5 stars I definitely would ! Her place is beyond beautiful with the location, secure community, amazing view of the coast, and maybe 4 different pools in less than a 5 minute walking distance. Her studio was well air conditioned and honestly squeaky clean ! We truly had nothing to worry about and don’t let me forget about Charles !! Charles made our stay and traveling 1 million times easier! Charles had no problem taking me wherever I needed to with a phone call and even gave me tours of the country! The only thing that I can say was a negative that had nothing at all to do with Joyce’s airbnb is renting a car which was more than priced online for me, but even still Charles came through and even told us that he charged us more on accident! Thank you Joyce and Charles for taking care of me you two are truly angels on earth !!!! I 10000% will be staying here again just from Joyce and Charles services to me I honestly couldn’t say anything better abt them !

Mike's place was great. It could easily fit our group of 4 but could have accommodated 6 comfortably. The Marriott check in process was easy. The property itself is walkable, but depending on where your room is located, you may have several (slow) elevator trips to get to the pool or the lobby. There is a restaurant and market on property where you can get enough to get by, but prices are high and food is not great. There are better restaurants at the Westin next door. Unfortunately you can't access the Westin next door by foot, but there is a free shuttle. Taxi's will take you all over, but charge by person. Plan to spend $12-20 per person, per ride. I highly suggest stopping at a grocery store on the way from the airport. The room only provides 2 days worth of coffee. But the kitchen is fully equipped, so I would take advantage of that. The concierge was great in assisting with our day trips. Mike was great getting my name changed on the reservation and quick to respond.

The place was very nice and convenient. There were air conditioners in every room. The balcony had a nice view over Bolongo Bay. The grill was perfect and very modern, and the kitchen was very neat and had a dishwasher and all you need if you want to cook. Very nice and I recommend it if you want a quite and relaxing place

This place was absolutely perfect for us! It was comfortable, spacious, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. We worked remotely for 2 weeks and the internet worked well for us. There were great appliances. The ac worked well. You are a 10m walk from the beach, or a tiny drive over. The pool overlooks the ocean and is absolutely gorgeous to watch sunsets on. Joanne was so helpful and kind. Everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view is spectacular! We felt right at home right away. Nicole and Dan were quick to respond to any concerns we had. The condo has everything you need from beach towels to snorkels and chairs. We ate at Mim’s and Iggie’s and both were enjoyable. But it was just as easy to cook a simple meal and enjoy the view from the balcony. The beach there is a bit rocky but we felt like it was our own private beach! The pool is great. Can’t beat swimming under a full moon with an ocean view. We rented a car and explored the island and other beaches, which I highly recommend. We hope to come back soon and will definitely choose Dan and Nicole’s place again. They were super nice and the condo is clean and comfortable. There are some stairs to get into it but it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall I highly recommend staying here!
