Vacation rentals with a patio in Southern Thailand

This was a great place to stay. I liked how electricity/water/cleaning fees were all included in the price so no hidden charges. Location is great by the beach and many great restaurants nearby to eat. 7/11 is next door, super convenient. Only slight critique I have was that the bed was harder than I like. This is just personal preference so I still rated 5 star!

This apartment in Koh Samui is perfect for a short stay! It's conveniently located close to the airport while still being part of a vibrant neighborhood full of amenities. Situated above a restaurant, it has its own unique charm and offers a lovely view of the jetty. I loved walking downstairs to grab fresh flowers and coffee with pastries for breakfast. Sitting outside on the patio, watching the planes arrive, was a highlight of my mornings. While it can get a bit noisy with the planes and street activity, this adds to the lively energy of the neighborhood, keeping you close to town and activities. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a great spot for those looking to enjoy Koh Samui’s vibrant atmosphere!

Great apartment in a new complex. Incredible cleanliness, no insects - no ant penetrated the apartment in a month. Good location, windows overlook a green slope with trees, the sun only gets in the evening. Recommended!

I had a beautiful stay with Tan’s place, it’s very nice, Tan is very friendly and helpful, we requested a late checkout which was kindly provided beside other things as well was provided within no time, I highly recommended, definitely will come back again.

Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

Great central location close to everything you need but still just enough away from the main road. Nearby shops, restaurants, 7-11 you can walk to, laundr very close as well. I felt really good in this place I would recommend. Spacious, AC works great. Good value for money, free weekly cleaning, no need to dispose trash etc. Much appreciated. :)

The place was a dream! Very central, but close to the sea and you had your peace and privacy. Shopping is within 5 minutes' walking distance, as is the sea! The rest can be reached easily by taxi or tuk tuk. The pool was regularly cleaned & the chlorine checked during our stay.

We were a family of 4 and we're very comfortable. We only stayed for 3 days, and everything was fine. The location is great, it is in a secured area. A 7/11 is a few min of walking on the main road (outside the droparm berier). About 15 min to the beach and less than 10 min to a mall. veery nice clean place. Thank you

Beautiful and spacious condo, with great views from the balcony on the pool, the sunset and partial sea view. We really enjoyed our time. Lucinda is very kind and helpful. I love the location, kalim is calm and not far from Patong. Free parking was nice too. Thank you for everything.

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.

This accommodation was one of the best we have ever had through Airbnb. The whole MIDA resort is amazing and we honestly spent the whole 4 days by the pool in the resort and relaxing. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes in the resort, so we had everything at hand. The host Oleg is very hospitable and the small gift at the end of our stay only enhanced the positive impression.

First of all, Fantastic communication at all times and easy with Ken, is so friendly. Have stayed in Patong Towers AirBNB's before but this place was a standout, and not the least because of the amazing views. This place is a great location in Patong beach with a great view of beach and sunset. The apartment had everything one could need for a very comfortable stay. Netflix etc was a huge bonus for some downtime now. Super fast wi-fi made media posting of pics of the beach view. Bed was comfy, lots of towels etc and even woven beach mats. Nice roomy bathroom. the kitchen had everything that I needed. Aircon worked very well in both living areas. Can highly recommend to everyone looking for an exceptional self-catering holiday with view to die for. Thank you for letting us stay.
