Hello. Our accommodation is a rental house, not a hotel. The service is different, and the utility costs are separate from the rental fee. Electricity, water, and gas if you want to cook (and a security deposit of 5,000 baht for long-term stays and 3,000 baht for short-term stays (refunded at check-out)). A very peaceful place. The house is located by the sea. It is a modern 2-bedroom detached house. It is close to the sea. You can walk to the beach in just 5-10 minutes. It is just a 15-minute walk to a convenience store. It is 20 minutes to the fresh market, Lotus Express, and Big C Mini. In the evening, you can walk along the main road, which is lined with street food on both sides.

Single beach house, large yard beautiful nature

A single house good for a couple or small family with personal area. You'll have a nice view of a slope beachfront yard from a high ground. The house is well equipped with plenty activities you can do. From relaxing on benches and a swing in a beachfront yard, dinner with barbecue party, going out swimming, kayaking, or you can enjoy catching fish/shrimp/crab if you want (we have spoon net and headlamp). If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy like your own, you will love here.

Our 4 bedrooms panoramic sea-view of Kamala is located on top of Kamala hill. It’s short distance to Kamala beach and Patong beach. This huge house has 2 swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, washer&dryer, gym, ping pong table, dart game and Nitento game is on request. Daily Maid Service: It’s included and the maid is available from 10 am. to 12 pm. only. ( Changing all linens is once a week) Electricity: 100 units a day is included in the rental, additional is 7 bahts per unit.
