The property is as described, everything is fine, promptly communication with the host, easy check in and out process. Ceiling fans in every room are a nice bonus for those who don’t like aircons.

Christopher was quick to answer any questions. The property was exactly like the photos. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach is only 5 minutes walk. Restaurants right in the doorstep and food shops.

It is a good villa with a nice swimming pool that we almost stayed to swim all the time. We always get quick responses whenever we need help.

Although farther away, Tong Nai Pan is the best area in Koh Samui if you want a private, relaxed atmosphere. And and Boom’s place is also the best Airbnb place in Tong Nai Pan in our opinions.

Absolutely fantastic property which looks better than the photos. Plenty of space and private as the through road only leads to a hotel. Rooms are big, stylish and with great bathrooms. Pool and outside area is great and very clean. Easy instructions and good communication throughout, I would 100% recommend this property

Laurent‘s place was even better than in the photos and he as a host was very responsive. The place was clean, has everything that you need for vacation. The outside pool is really big with very clean water. The area is quiet and I recommend it if you are looking for a peacefull vacation. Will definitely come back!

Alhamdullilah..The best place we ever stayed ..beyond our expectation..home that the service like a hotel..the owner was so caring and concern about us..we received such a lovely welcome souvenir and welcome words..we are so blessed to be part of it..the house so so beautiful ..the decoration so nice.. we definately will choose this place agian when wo go to Pattani :).

We had a wonderful time in this house. The host was very nice and always helpful. We would recommend to rent a scooter to explore the island. The area felt very safe to stay with the family. The pool is a dream! We had a problem with the lock but it was solved very quickly. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for us as close to the beach and sea which was beautiful. Pretty surroundings and we loved eating at hug Samui a little walk along the beach. Quiet area which we wanted. The apartment was great, clean and comfortable. The steps going up could be slippery when wet so we were careful. We loved the outside lounge area and the little private pool was much bigger then I thought and we loved it. We did not meet Roberto personally but were looked after by other representatives. Very happy with our stay here.

Lin's accommodation is in a great location, close to Phuket's best beach, BangTao! The townhouse has everything you need, from a washing machine and an electric stove to a safe and toaster. Lin is a great hostess! She's in touch 24/7! Lin is ready to help at any moment! My family and I are happy with the accommodation and are very grateful to Lin, she is a wonderful host, I recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa, it’s perfectly located, calm and very comfortable. The house was clean and well equipped. What made the stay even better was the incredible responsiveness of the hosts: every time we had a question or needed something, someone was there to help within the hour, whether it was Kristofer and Melissa via message, or Rath on site. It’s really reassuring to feel supported like that during a trip. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to come back or to recommend this place with our eyes closed. Thank you again for everything! 🙏🏼🌸

We had an incredible time in this spacious four-bedroom villa. Every room felt bright and fresh—and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, coffee machine, and microwave. Having the washing machine and hair dryers was so convenient. The pool area was our favourite spot: clean, private, and perfect for morning swims . The host’s attention to detail really stood out—they provided beach towels, bath tabs, and everything else we needed. We can’t wait to come back!
