We are really happy staying here I booked house for 2 but inform owner that I will stay with 4 toddler Some house will definitely reject my booking but not Cana House I need to add 400thb only and the owner provide us with extra mattress + breakfast for my kids. I’m not expecting kids pool as there are not in the house photo, my kids really excited when they saw that pool. ✅ Kids Friendly with push car & bike ✅ Kids pool ✅ Cozy & clean house ✅ Fascinating view & environment ✅ Delicious breakfast & very good presentation We really love it! Stayed for one night, house was super clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Got there late at night, but the host was really responsive to my questions. All the airconds and TV worked fine, no issues. Quiet and peaceful area since it’s in a taman perumahan. Totally worth it, would love to stay again!

Fantastic stay at Don and Jam’s place! The house is super comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy bed, and great AC. The outdoor area is beautiful and lush, complete with a BBQ – perfect for relaxing. The location is peaceful and green, just a 5-minute walk from a 7-11 and a vibrant market that pops up right at the doorstep several times a week. You’ll need a scooter to get around, but Don kindly arranges it for you. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away – totally worth it! The absolute highlight, though, is the hosts. Don picked us up on arrival, making us feel so welcome. Both Don and Jam are incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. Their warmth truly made our stay special. Highly recommend

house is really nice for a family or group of 8. upstairs, each rooms have 2 single beds and downstairs have 2 rooms with queen beds. very convenient and comfortable. my friends brought PS5 to play on tv. really thankful for the free wifi easy to get work done. thoughtful owner, even though no coway/water filter, he provided us with three bottles of filtered water in the fridge. thank you En Azhar.

Responsive host. Always ready to help. Location close to the beach, within walking distance. Arranged our airport pick up and also arranged transfer to Krabi. I would recommend this accommodation for locational advantage and very responsive host always ready to make guest comfortable.

The host was responsive when we texted about issues highlighted. The accomodation is convenient, on a ground level henxe does not require lugging up luggages up the stairs. It is a 5mins drive from a jetty to set off for some island hopping. Nonetheless, the unit requies some upkeeping of the bathroom and kitchen as well as the doors. Faucets and shower head are quite loose but usable still. The unit is also well-provided with sufficient clothes hangers, water kettle, shower gel and shampoo. Overall, its a not bad stay. Fantastic condo with great swimming pool facilities. And the cheap price was amazing, but what the most amazing thing was the location. You are walking distance from 7/11 restaurants and bars etc. Can walk to kamala beach front in 20 mins where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Security also on site.

We come down to Phuket every year from up north. This year's location was our favorite by far! It is walking distance from a BEAUTIFUL beach (there are stairs, but even my 3 year old and 6 year old could walk up and down without a problem). We stayed here during COVID, but there were still plenty of tasty shops open around the condo and near the beach. The room was a perfect size for our family of 4. The shower had amazing water pressure and excellent hot water. There was a nice little porch, which was perfect for family dinners where we could watch the sunset over the ocean, quite picturesque. We drove a car and there was ample parking. Mattia was responsive to all of our messages and helped us out when we needed anything. Check-in and check-out were super easy and stress free. There were no surprise fees or anything. The pool was absolutely amazing and the best pool we have had in a condo in Phuket for two young kids. There is a very large shallow end, zero-entry along one side, and a great size for swimming. The pool area was always kept very clean and the pool was very clean as well, without a ridiculous amount of chlorine so our kids could really enjoy it. Our kids were begging to go to the pool multiple times a day and our daughter learned to swim during our time in the condo. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Great apartments near one of the best beaches in Phuket. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Pros: Great views from the window, great balconies, enjoyable breakfast, good location, friendly owner. Overall impression is very good, I recommend

Despite this residence backing on to a busy road, once doors and windows are closed the place is exceptionally quiet. The kitchen area is well equipped. The owner of the residence is very quick to respond for all communications. I would recommend staying at this residence. There is also a 7/11 that is extremely well stocked, only a few minutes walk away that stocks just about everything one might need...

the highlight is definitely host Pew. always respond quickly, helpful and friendly. place is very basic but it got everything that you need. quiet and safe. close to everything

Me and my mates spend a week in this Amazing Villa .YoYo is a fantastic Host , everything went smooth, super helpful , you can ask anything you need and she get back to you very shortly. The Villa is located a little bit out from the center (just about 5 minutes with the scooter ) nice peaceful and clean , with a great pool , everything work perfectly.,ust a perfect spot for relax . 10 out of 10 i definitely Will come back☺️😉

Cleanliness, was more than decent, plus the helpers helped to ensure daily cleanliness. Towels were changed daily. Location was fine. Though near the patong area, walking out was challenging with the up slope heading out. Transport out is best. Tuktuk contacts were given so no problem at all. The view from the top floor was awesome! To summarise our stay, it was fantastic. Would recommend Dane's place for groups or families that wish to have peaceful and quiet night after a party filled night at Phuket's patong area! Cheers!

Really beautiful location for a cabin in the jungle - suuuuuper private location so you feel completely alone and in touch with nature. we saw monitor lizards, frogs, a green snake and birds. getting to the cabin is difficult unless you’re comfortable on a bike or you drive. the hill is really steep and bendy and very tricky if it’s raining - my partner and i got caught in the rain whilst riding up and it was a bit freaky - but this has nothing to do with Adul and is just something to note when going here. if you’re new to bike riding then avoid, you’ll struggle to get up and down the hill. The fuse box blew for us at around 1am and we figured out where the issue was ourselves - thankfully the tripped fuse was in the garden, and not internal, so we were okay. You’re out in the country side, electrics failing is normal sometimes. the inside has a wicked TV and sound system, gorgeous balcony/patio and a nice pool. would stay again! 💗

Hiding Gem in Phuket From the moment I booked everything was smooth and perfect. Strategic location who give you access to the best of Phuket, beach club, restaurants, sport academy without the hassle of traffic and noise. The villas itself is a peace of heaven, every details have been well thought from the Nespresso Machine to the fresh coconut waiting for you after your morning swim in the pool. The service is personal, luxury but never intrusive. Anything you wish for. Definitely my new home in Phuket.

We were at the villa with 6 people. A home that's clean, comfortable, and as described. We had some issues with the pool as soon as we arrived. However, they were removed very quickly and efficiently and we were compensated very satisfactory for our short-lived inconvenience. Close to shops, and great communication with the host. The host and home are definitely worth recommending. We are considering returning to this villa for another stay in Phuket.

My stay here was the definition of living in a dreamy paradise villa. From chef curated breakfast each morning to the wonderful infinity pool with a view of the ocean. Look no further. This villa was perfect for our 8 day stay in Phuket. It allowed everyone to have their own bedroom & bathroom. The property is SPOTLESS. The villa staff take excellent care of the property down to a debris free pool. Amy was so helpful with answering my many questions and assisting with recommendations. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here, & if I were to return, I would definitely stay here again.
