Schöne, ruhige Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Etwas außerhalb, aber mit Pickme kein Problem. Die Küche entspricht nicht europäischen Standards. Braucht man aber nicht, da Frühstück angeboten wird. Wir würden sowieso empfehlen Essen zu gehen. Es gibt in Galle und Umgebung unzählige Möglichkeiten. Geheimtipp: Koggalla Beach. Traumhaft schön und leer. Kein Risiko Touristen, aus einem Land das derzeit in Europa eher unbeliebt ist, über den Weg zu laufen.

Wow what can I say this place was amazing. We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed every second of it. The accommodation worked well, we are a family of 4 and so used the two ground level rooms which had double beds, their own bathroom, AC and plenty of space. The communal areas were lovely and there was lots of seating and a great pool. Fehim and Naasir who work at the house were brilliant always making sure we didn't need anything, checking about food choices and helping to arrange transport when needed. The food was really good and we ate 11 amazing meals, cooked to preferences and discussed in advance. We chose to try Sri Lanka food and are so glad that we did, we tried so many amazing dishes and drinks. We booked safari's to Yala and Bundala in advance with Sabirah.

We had a great stay! The room was very good—newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well thought-out. The host was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Communication was smooth, and their hospitality really stood out. I would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to others!

We are a group of 13 pax interior designers from Malaysia to visit Sri Lanka. Benjamis’s estate - the Nisala Arana is a hidden gem that we found at Bentota area! From before booking until check out, the whole process is so smooth and I was being rest assured everything will be taking care and Benjamin’s team proved it with their action. We were welcomed with cold towels and welcome drinks, great smile from chef Shan and the team, not to mention the perfectly clean room, swimming pool and the well maintained estate with swimming pool that come with bicycles. As there aren’t a lot of restaurant options so Benjamin offered us could get their in house chef to prepare breakfast and dinner for us and that is another best decision we made! Thank you for making our stay so memorable! It is definitely one of the highlight of our trip and we have really good private time to chill and bond in the estate. If you are in the Bentota, do book this estate!

I don't have enough wonderful words for Thiwanka. I had an unfortunate incident, Thiwanka helped me arranged the appointment with doctor, helped me with the tuk tuk, helped me with everything! He is such a kind kind person. The location is so close to the fish market. It is a perfect place for people who love sea food 😀 I only stayed for two nights, but I would be happy to come back for longer next time! or even long stay!

Ce lieu a une âme. Tout était encore mieux que la description de la maison, le jardin est un véritable paradis où l’on ne lasse pas d’observer et écouter la vie. Osman est une personne extraordinaire, à l’écoute, fine, excellent cuisinier, les enfants et nous nous sommes très bien entendu avec lui. Tam toujours réceptive et réactive avec les messages. Nous n’avons qu’une envie, c’est revenir! Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir fait de notre séjour ici un moment inoubliable de notre voyage au Sri Lanka.

Alquilamos toda la villa , éramos Dos familias . Las habitaciones eran grandes y cómodas . Pudimos hacer uso de la piscina lo que fue un plus sobre todo viajando con niños . Tienen un restaurante allí que ofrece diversos platos . Los precios son elevados y las porciones pequeñas pero la calidad es buena . Solo aceptan efectivo y rupias . Está bastante cerca del parque nacional . Fue una buena opción viajando en familia con niños .

Darshaka and his mother are very kind and helpful and we had a warm welcome. Darshaka advices and helped us booking all kind of tours. His mother is an absolute cooking queen! If you want she can cook the most delicious dishes for you or she can give you a cooking class so you can learn and experience Sri Lanka’s local tasts😋. I would certainly recommend this place if you want to feel at home!

The old chilli house really did feel like a home from home. In a great location Kris and his family were very warm and welcoming. Kris is a natural host and had contacts for anything we wanted to do. From Tuk Tuk and Scooter rides when needed to his amazing knowledge of the area. We were so lucky to experience this little slice of paradise. The old chilli house has beautiful rooms, with attention to small, homey details. Do not hesitate to book, it’s a popular airbnb for a reason!
