We loved our stay at the Palm Lanka. Beautifully designed & decorated house, well located near beach & cafes. Suresh and Manel were the highlight, making us feel so welcome & comfortable. The meals - breakfasts & dinners - were amongst the best we have had in Sri Lanka & Suresh was extremely helpful with any requests we made. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by the kind of peace and beauty you usually only find in postcards. The home itself is immaculately maintained, tastefully decorated, and filled with warmth. Every little detail has been thought of from cozy linens to the charming outdoor spaces. What truly sets this place apart is the breathtaking nature that surrounds it. Mornings with birdsong and mist over the trees, golden sunsets that melt into the landscape, and stars that seem so close you could touch them. It’s pure serenity. I enjoyed every moment here with my husband from sipping coffee on the porch together, to quiet walks in nature. This place is perfect for a romantic escape, a solo reset, or just reconnecting with the quiet side of life. To the host: thank you for creating such a peaceful haven. We didn’t want to leave and we will absolutely be back. 🌿🏡✨

What a place! A little slice of colonial charm, in a beautiful large garden with a magnificent pool! The hosts were wonderful, friendly and always happy to sort anything out. This was a dream start to our trip. Would recommend +++++

We had an outstanding stay & a very warm welcome at Barbara's villa. The villa is big with lots of space, 6 rooms, an amazing pool with a view on the Beach + jungle. Ideal location for a 30th birthday party/gathering with a large group/relaxed time. Beyond the great amenities, the staff's welcoming, pro-activeness and kindness really makes the difference. We had excellent meals thanks to the personal chef, nothing complicated but fresh, served on time, with a great dining experience. This is exactly what we were looking for. The rooms and common areas were always clean after our visit (i.e multiple times during the day/night). I highly recommend this villa as a top holiday destination. Barbara & her team really make a huge difference.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this apartment. Faris was super friendly, he always helped us when we needed something, there was not one thing he couldn‘t manage! The check-in was easy and fast, when we arrived at the lodge, Faris was immediately there and showed us around. He also helped us with the sri lankan sim cards and the mobile wifi-router. Also, the location was fantastic! The lodge is directly on the beach and supermarkets, cafés/restaurants and everything else you need is right around the corner. I will definitely come again, thank you Faris!!

Super nice place, looks even nicer than pictures. Mahesh was really easy to contact. Comfy stay, mosquito nets provided and a rooftop terrace!

We really enjoyed our time here, in fact the couple of times we went to the beach we soon headed back! We missed the peace and view! And the food was better! :) Such a treat to be so well looked after by Upul and Jagath, without them at all getting in the way. Lots of places in the garden to relax, lovely furniture, and great pool. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Wara for 3 nights and we definitely wished we could have stayed for more. The house is clean and spacious, beautiful and modern and the beds are some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The place has everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay with air con on both rooms, as well as ceiling fans, a tv in the living room, a shower with doors to prevent water from spilling over into the rest of the bathroom, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The house's location is great, near the main road, yet far enough to make it very quiet, more so because it's almost at the end of a dead end road, which makes it very private as well. The place also has a nice balcony facing a lush garden. Only a short walk away is a lovely long stretch of beach which is perfect for long walks. Overall our stay at the Wara was well worth it, and as other guests have said it's made all the better by Nipuni's kindness and warmth and her helpful suggestions.
