Relax in our quaint guesthouse. Have access to our beautiful farm. You will be staying on a working farm/vineyard. Walk in the woods back to the river or explore the orchard. Set up on the patio of the barn to watch the abundant wildlife or have a fire in the firepit. Food, wine tastings, and beer are available Wednesday through Sunday during winery hours. Things change here often as we are still building the winery, so come see what is new. Also visit the chickens, ducks , and turkeys.

The barn cottage is private space with 500 sqft, fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath with living area, kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator. Located just outside of New Albany, IN and less than 15 minutes to Louisville, KY allowing for the relaxation of the countryside, while also enjoying the city attractions!

The 1938 Barn is located in the ❤ of Covered Bridge Country in Parke County. You will love the rustic charm of this converted hay barn built in 1938. Come relax by the camp fire or explore our many Covered Bridges and local State Parks. The farm also hosts Henry's Market, a market garden providing fresh meat and vegetables which makes summertime an excellent time to visit! Please note: There is NO WI-FI, NO CABLE. We have a selection of DVDs. Limited cell service, AT&T works best.
