Vacation rentals with lake access in Southern Indiana

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was clean, well-cared for, and very spacious for the 7 of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We made use of the kayaks, raft, and paddle board that were available. The owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Was a nice break to our 12 hr trip home from GA

Carrie was very friendly and prompt. We rent a large home every year and this one by far was our favorite. The beds were very comfortable and the house is beautiful. If you are looking for a peaceful place for a large group this property is wonderful. I would definitely rent this property again.

This was a great place to stay. Justin was very helpful and accommodating.

We had a wonderful time at Progress Park. A lot of thought and planning went into making this place perfect for family gatherings. So much to do and our grandchildren and family were always entertained with something to do. We did it all: Fishing was a hit since we never fish/CampFire and some-mores/ Corn hole/Pickleball/canoe…kids playground, and so much more. Made lots of wonderful lasting memories!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Photos do not do this place justice its absolutely beautiful. Additionally, this was a fully stocked kitchen trashbags, paper towels and coffee it was so nice not having to run to the store immediately. The layout is awesome and the lake view is gorgeous. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend.

The perfect place for us to use as a home base for our granddaughter’s wedding 5 miles away! We all want to come back when we can utilize more of the amenities that are available. We did get to spend one night doing nothing besides going to Alexandria Brewing Company for Dinner (great food and atmosphere by the way) and back to the deck to enjoy the scenery before all the crazy of the wedding festivities began on Friday! ❤️

We just returned from wonderful stay at Cameron's Lake Monroe condo. It was a beautiful, golf course location. A family of very tame deer visited us twice a day most days. Cameron's instructions and suggestions were perfect. He checked with us frequently to see if we needed anything. The condo was beautiful and was well-stocked with everything we needed, complete with a delicious "welcome" bottle of Oliver Winery wine. We loved taking long walks around the Eagle Pointe community, eating at fabulous restaurants and enjoying all Bloomington and IU have to offer. Thank you for hosting us, Cameron. We had a great time. Our stay was perfect for attending a UC basketball game.

Wonderful location outside of Terre Haute. Roomy place for 5 people. We all enjoyed fishing in the lovely pond and playing pool in the large living area. The deck was enjoyable with the fire pit and a grill. We will definitely try to return next year.

The place was so clean and felt like home. There were a few snacks left on the counter and a few waters in the fridge. The owner was very quick to answer back when we had a question. We liked it so much that we stayed until check out time and had to leave. Will definitely rent again when I come back.

This apartment was spacious and looked just like the photos. We loved having dinner at the brewery right next door. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked.

Great place to stay. Quiet,well taken care of home. lots of space. Everything you need for a nice vacation, will stay again when daughter and grandson are on vacation . They are from Florida and loved seeing the sun sets.

Everything was just as advertised. Cabin is well stocked. Area was quiet as we had hoped for. Hot Tub is a nice added feature.

Tonya was an AMAZING host! Her place is just as described, and she was extremely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We stayed in early April right after it had been raining heavily for a few days, so sadly we weren't able to enjoy all the amenities she had to offer as much as we wanted, plus the pool wasn't open yet. The first day we arrived; we did go on the kayaks for a bit, but it was short lived because it was too cold, the second day was super windy and colder than we had expected, which prevented us from being able to do much outside, (but we ended up visiting the Creation Museum that day anyways, and then the ARK the following morning; both were 5 stars!) but unfortunately we had to cut our trip short, so i paid for 3 nights and ended up only staying 2, and couldn't really enjoy the added amenities due to weather while we were there, so I wouldn't give the experience 5 stars, but I do give Tonya and her place 5 stars b/c everything was exactly as described. :) Thank You Tonya

Great accommodations!

Adorable very clean home. Beds were very comfortable. I love how everything was decorated. They have shampoo and conditioner and body soap there for you in case you forget some. Liked walking through the backyard to go walk around the lake. Nice sitting area around a little campfire in the backyard. Definitely would stay again if we were in the area!

We have stayed in this resort on several occasions. This was our first with Matt. The house was just as described with several amenities. Feel free to look at my profile to see how I’ve commented about other hosts. Matt set the bar to an extreme level. We were there during the storms/rain in the area. Matt promptly replied to every text within minutes showing a true care and concern for our safety. Highly recommend this house for your next stay! Kudos to Matt

We booked the cottage for a one night stay and we fell in love with it! It was so peaceful and relaxing and felt like home. We would've loved to have been able to use the fire ring and beautiful chairs but Mother Nature had others and rained on us so we had a family fun night indoors playing with the games that were provided. We highly recommend and can't wait to plan another trip.
