Beautiful neighborhood and wonderful pool area! The place was exactly as described and the host provided clear, easy to follow instructions to get in. My kids loved the pool especially! We’d definitely stay again if in Louisville!!

This was our second stay with Suzanne, everything was great! Very convenient to Miami University.

We are native to Indianapolis and stayed at John’s two listings for our wedding weekend. John and his wife were very responsive and have been communicating to me over the last year as I had questions and prepared for our wedding day. He was extremely communicative and flexible, especially regarding check in as I needed to hang up my wedding dress early! The home was spotless and cozy. It was perfect for me and my bridesmaids the night before the wedding and then perfect for me and my husband on our wedding night. The bonus was because we had both listings for the weekend we were able to let mg parents stay in the one bedroom listing while we were in the other one with complete privacy. They even left a sweet card, champagne, and flowers for us as a congratulations. It was a perfect location as our venue was a 5 min walk and very close to amazing restaurants and bars.

This was our 3rd stay here and plan on a 4th next year!

It was a delight to meet Marina and Patrick and stay in this lovely little space. The most important thing g is they are lovely people- kind and thoughtful. As others have written, Marina’s breakfast was such a treat every morning. They have a vast and varied LP collection, too. If I’m back in town for this conference, I know where I’ll stay!! 😊

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying in the cozy studio. The baked goods and beverages were so thoughtful and made us feel right at home! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

Jennifer's home is the epitome of quaint farmhouse. Her beautiful home, the perfectly placed pictures, comfy beds, sitting on the deck looking at the stars, my kids loved the playhouse and running in the open spaces. She thought of everything we would need and then went the extra mile!

We really enjoyed the place. It was walking distance to what we wanted to go and see.

The perfect place to stay for a Garden of the Gods trip! Alice was so welcoming and really thought ahead with both the tea/coffee station and a blanket for my dog to sleep on the bed. Also a great place for post-hike naps 😅. Thank you Alice for sharing your home with my dog and I!

Great place, it’s perfect for couples or couple. Close to so many places but remote. Great place to decompress at a great price. Will definitely be staying here again. Plus the shower is top notch.

I was in town for a work seminar in Covington, and Charles’ place was affordable, super convenient, and clean. Really appreciated the ample parking on site, and I could get everywhere I needed to go within 10 minutes while saving a lot of money by not staying at a hotel. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a simple setup that has everything a hotel offers for half the price.

The location was right off the interstate so it was easy to get around. I had a few questions and David’s response was always quick and he took care of any issues I had.

We had a great weekend stay! Such a lovely home and a nice space. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxing after hitting the bourbon trail. Highly recommend!

Nice host, responsive, stocked our fridge with eggs, bread, milk, water and other special touches. Very nice place.

Always a Favorite in Indy! This has become my go-to spot every time I’m in Indianapolis. I’ve stayed multiple times and it never disappoints—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host is always welcoming and makes the whole experience easy and stress-free. Truly feels like a second home!

Nice little get away full of activities and plenty to do for an overnight stay. Very clean and well kept. My son, his friends and myself enjoyed ourselves for his 16th birthday. Thank you to Gregory and his family!

Our third stay--I cannot use enough superlatives. The space is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. To say it's immaculate is an understatement. Thoughtful touches like Q-tips and cotton balls, razors and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple meals. There's a range of coffee and tea pods with sweeteners and creamers ready to go. The bed is comfortable. And did I mention how clean the place is? Can't recommend this spot more strongly.

We were never so glad to reach a destination after a 6 hour weather delay. Larry was kind enough to leave the porch light on so we could see his house number. It was also great he had a motion light at the back of his house so we could see what we were doing and knew we were in the right place from the pictures online. The cute basement space was clean and smelled good, bed was comfy. The walk-in closet had plenty of space to unpack our clothes. Since we were there for a week we bought a few groceries and utilized the fridge, toaster and microwave. He supplied plenty of coffee and creamer for the coffee maker and also so some snacks. It was a perfect location for us for all the things we were doing that week. Besides location the other reason I chose Larry's place was price, if I could pay more than $100 a night I would just stay at a hotel. We would absolutely stay at Larry's again, he is also a great communicator.

Instead of staying at a hotel for my son‘s tournament, we decided on an Airbnb and Amy’s place really fit the bill. We all had our own bedroom and space to move around for the exact same price as a hotel room.

Lori is a true delight! A blessing to my family. She made us feel right at home and was SO kind to our children, they’re still talking about her❤️ She taught our family a painting class during our stay and she was very accommodating to our 4yo daughter and our newborn (we HIGHLY recommend adding this experience to your stay). The space itself was clean and very spacious and had so many fun things to do (karaoke, tons of board/card games, Nintendo 64, and lots more). My husband and I are already planning our next trip to visit again! It was truly relaxing and restful time away.
