Vacation rentals with lake access in Southern France

Superbe ! Très belle maison pour accueillir un groupe et passer un weekend au bord du lac. La maison propose des prestations de qualité avec de beaux espaces autant en intérieur qu'en extérieur. Le jardin en bord de lac est un vrai plus, avec espace pour déjeuner et accès au lac via ponton. La communication avec Mayline a été fluide et très sympathique. L'accueil fut accueillant, je recommande sans hésitation.

Nous avons rencontré Claire qui nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et bienveillance. La maison ainsi que le jardin est magnifique, tout est très propre ! Nous avons pu profiter de Gastes et ses alentours à pieds et en vélo ainsi que le lac ! un vrai bonheur.... Je recommande sans hésitation la maison de Claire et Alex

Nous avons passé de beaux moments chez Jean-Luc. La vue est superbe ! Et le logement est bien situé et bien équipé.

Nous y avons logé en hiver pour fêter le jour de l'an en famille. La grande pièce de jeux était super pour les enfants qui ont peu joué dehors. La maison est bien équipée et la literie est confortable. Nous vons apprécier passer du temps devant le poêle. Se levez le matin avec cette vue, c'est magic! Seul bémol, mais c'est inherent au vieille maison, les planchers sont bruyants et les murs et les sols très fins. On entend tout.

Un superbe séjour dans une superbe maison. Toutes les bonnes conditions pour passer un agréable moment et se ressourcer au pied des montagnes et au bord du lac (et y piquer une tête tous les jours évidemment). Une hôte bienveillante et disponible pour assurer dans toutes les situations ! Vivement la prochaine halte savoyarde !

Nous avons passé un très bon court séjour (2 nuits) dans cet hébergement complètement équipé, comprenant même le linge de toilette. La chambre enfant est juste un peu basse dans la soupente du toit. Un adulte se cogne facilement la tête. Mais pour une famille avec 2 petits enfants, c’est tout à fait adapté. Le jardin est très agréable, bien équipé et sans vis-à-vis. Le logement est également très bien situé, tout près du lac et de l’île aux enfants. Nico s’est montré très flexible et arrangeant concernant les horaires d’arrivée et de départ et a été de bon conseil pour les sorties environnantes.

We read the previous reviews, saw the photos and chose Stephen’s house. Firstly the accommodation is a really good size. We had 4 adults using 3 b/rooms and there was plenty of space. It was really clean, tidy and we felt really at home. There was everything we needed, plus a supermarket round the corner and bar /restaurant were walking distance. 10/10👍The photos however don’t do justice to the wonderful views! Loved just looking over the lake to the snow capped mountains. Sitting outside was so tranquil. 10/10 because I can’t give 11/10 😁Excellent location for Rigi, Vitznau, Lucerne, Weggis, Stoos, Pilatus, Zug, all worth seeing. Rigi railway / Pilatus cable cars to the summit were our fave’s 10/10 🚠 We’d have stayed longer!🙁Stephen our host was great too. Excellent helpful information sent to us on arrival day. Were lucky enough to see him and got really helpful sightseeing advice. Communications were timely and helpful throughout our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had a great stay at Walter’s studio apartment. The location is central and walkable which was exactly what we wanted for our visit. Although the walk from St Moritz train station to the studio apartment is less than a mile, I do not recommend walking if you have a suitcase larger than a carryon, opt for a taxi instead. The balcony and dining area views from Walter’s place are nothing short of spectacular! You’ll find yourself not wanting to draw the curtains because it is an absolutely stunning view.

Brilliant apartment, in an amazing location close to both the lake and the beach. We stayed as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) and had a superb four days by the ocean. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Séjour parfait, hôte adorable très accueillante et attentionnée. Ce petit appartement est très mignon et très propre situé en plein cœur du village, très accessible. Restaurants et bars à proximité. Argegno est un très joli village pittoresque du lac de Côme Nous avons adoré notre petit séjour!

We were greeted by Alberto who met us at a nearby hotel and led us to the apartment. He showed us around and answered all of our questions. He also gave much appreciated advice on how and when to catch the ferries to other destinations. We especially appreciated the tip to walk up to the castle. The spectacular view was worth the steep hike up the hill. The pictures on this site do not do justice to the wonderful views inside. Varenna is charming, and this apartment in Varenna is as good as it gets. Thank you Giorgio and Alberto!

hôte très accueillant , logement conforme à l’annonce, bien équipé. Une vue magnifique sur le lac. je recommande.

Nous avons pu profiter du logement pour nous rendre au mont sasso del ferro a 10 minutes en voiture. . Le logement est situé dans un lieu calme (fin avril) avec une petite plage très chouette pour les enfants très proche de l’appartement. Le logement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé! C’était parfait pour ceux qui recherche le calme près du lac majeur. Il y a même un bar pour le spritz d’arrivée.

Die Alpe Ronco ist ein wunderbarer, ruhiger Ort und Emanuele war immer für uns erreichbar. Es gibt wunderbare Wanderungen und auch anspruchsvolle Bergziele in der Umgebung.

Alberto und Manuela waren sehr liebe Gastgeber. Wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist atemberaubend und sehr ruhig und die Einrichtung sehr cozy! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch! Arne und Lucia

Ein sehr schöner Ort, um die Ferien zu verbringen! Herrliches historisches Anwesen, herzlicher Gastgeber mit lieben Hunden, verkehrsmässig gut angebunden und umgeben von traumhafter Wiesen- und Weidelandschaft. Äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie. merci beaucoup!

The place is very, very beautiful, and the dealing and communication with her was very nice and kind, and she answered quickly when I asked questions. She also helped me with the best tourist and beautiful places in the areas close to the residence. Also, all my friends ask me where this beautiful place is when they saw the pictures I took when I was at home. I will visit you again soon.

Such a lovely stay in this cozy, charming cottage in Nesso! The garden was perfect for lounging in the sun, and we lucked out with beautiful weather. Check-in was super smooth with clear instructions and videos. While we didn’t meet our host, she was very responsive and helpful with local tips. We were greeted with pastries and prosecco, which was such a nice touch! The house is small but great for a short stay. A/C and heating worked well. Bathroom is tiny and hot water ran out quickly, but manageable. There’s a washer (we didn’t use it) but no iron. Heads-up: the steps down to the house from the road are steep! Also, a few things from the listing (like chickens or a certain seating area) weren’t there. We used the bus to get to Como—it’s easy once you figure it out. Overall, our host was wonderful and we’d totally stay here again!

joli petit logement très bien agencé. des serviettes de toilette étaient à disposition. tout était très propre. A 5 adultes le seul petit bémol était le fait qu'il n'y a qu'un seul toilette dans la salle de bains.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten sogar noch tatkräftige Unterstützung beim Hereintragen des Gepäcks.Francesco war stets erreichbar und gab uns super Tipps.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser top sauberen, wunderschönen Wohnung mit eigem Seezugang und wunderschöner Aussicht.Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte alles was man brauchte.Unsere Kinder (8&5 Jahre) liebten den kleinen Spielplatz vor der Wohnung und den jederzeit freien Zugang zum See.Vielen Dank Francesco für die tolle Zeit in deiner Wohnung,wir würden es jedem unbedingt empfehlen und werden nächstes Jahr bestimmt wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Aussicht ist wirklich ein Traum. Dino und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und haben uns viele Ratschläge zu Unternehmungen gegeben. Man sollte beachten, dass die Unterkunft für Fahranfänger oder große Autos sehr schwierig gelegen ist, wenn man es aber erst mal den Berg hoch geschafft hat, ist es die Fahrt wert.
