Completamente arredato, con camera da letto, bagno e cucina per adattarsi alle esigenze di ogni viaggiatore. Dispone inoltre di un balcone esterno fronte lago, per poter passare piacevoli momenti di relax con il panorama naturale che la nostra bellissima cittadina offre.

Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

Un petit Canada à porté de main, dans un gîte 100% fait main, avec des matériaux locaux ou recyclés, et la possibilité de découvrir l'apiculture, le brassage de la bière tout comme vous détendre dans le bain chaud en contemplant les étoiles où le couché de soleil sur le Cezallier.
