Almond cottage is positioned above a dam in the heart of the Banhoek conservancy. It is a light, modern cabin with direct access to endless hiking and the finest mountain biking trails in the western cape. Although it is styled as a one bedroom, two person cabin, there is a queen sized open pod attached to the living room which can sleep 2 children or an extra guest and can be made up for small extra fee. Almond cottage is set back from the lake and enjoys views of farmland and mountains.

Breath-taking views, songs of the ocean waves, the most stunning sunrises, private sauna and luxurious furniture and fittings welcome you! Equipped with a water tank, a water filter and an inverter for increased guests' comfort (i.e. drinkable tap water and no load & water shedding).

Tucked away in a tranquil private garden, this romantic hideaway offers a queen-size bed, crisp white linen, en-suite shower, cosy kitchenette, Nespresso machine and fast Wi-Fi. A wood-fired hot tub is available by prior arrangement at R500 per session and the sauna at R150 per person. Complimentary starter wood is provided for the fireplace. Guests may bring additional wood or conveniently purchase extra crates from us at R100 each.
