The stay was peaceful, very quiet surroundings, new house and matches the photos! Sergio was very helpful and willing from the reservation!

It exceeded our expectations, cozy atmosphere and amazing surroundings! We felt at home, hosts Ana Paula and Rodrigo were totally attentive and proactive, they seem like our old friends. We also had the security of the puppy Simba, who accompanied us to all the waterfalls and escorted us. We indicate a lot and we will be back for sure.

The house is exactly like the photos, it is brand new, including furniture and utensils. The mattress is very new and comfortable and the bed and bath linens are premium line. Spotlight for cleanliness, impeccable! I'll be back for sure! Thanks to Stella and team!

Great stay. We stay in 3 adults and days children, and we all feel great. The house has the pool and the barbecue area, which bring one more shape. The house is new, with mattresses, pillows, furniture, etc., all new ones. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking.

Host super helpful and with good communication. The location, although far from the center, is very close to the beach and well reserved/calm. The outdoor area is excellent.

This is the second time we've stayed at Vila Real and it was certainly one of the reasons we wanted to return in less than 8 months. The apartments are exactly as described in the listing, they are comfortable and optimized. This time we stayed a week and the apartment served us very well, meeting all our needs. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the internet works well, and the air-conditioning serves the entire space. As for the location, it is a super quiet and safe residential neighborhood, at the top of the city, which is very conducive to rest. The doors and windows also block out any existing noise. We recommend that guests arrive by car for a more comfortable experience. Itacaré has been one of our favorite cities for some time, and with Vila Real we were even more delighted and highly recommend the accommodation. The hosts are always helpful and communication was very efficient. We'll be back soon!

Excellent place and wonderful host Manu! An ideal place to rest and get to know SP, I went for work too and the location was ideal... the apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy. It's exactly how the pictures show… or maybe better! Manu for his part was always very attentive to my arrival, stay and departure… if I have the opportunity to return promptly to SP… I will not hesitate to return to this nice place! Centrally located, this apartment offers easy access to most of São Paulo’s top attractions, restaurants, and cultural hotspots—making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the standout features was the rooftop terrace. Gilad was a great host—offering helpful local recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely return here on my next visit to São Paulo. Highly recommended!

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

Very nice place close to several restaurants... At night we did everything on foot. The apartment is great, the mattresses had covers and are very comfortable!

The flat is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check-in and check-out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is more than perfect, a jump from the beach! I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

Sandra's apartment is amazing and I would recommend it without a second thought. It is complete and close to everything, we had everything we needed, extremely cozy. I intend to return more often, the view from the balcony is beautiful. All appliances and utensils work perfectly. Super easy check-in and check-out, we had no issues accessing the condominium. Sandra is very kind and helped us with all our questions, making us feel at home. Thank you.

The apartment is beautiful and the view is fabulous!!! Access is a bit tricky, but totally worth it. You have the beach right there. If you want to rest and seek tranquility is the place!

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!

Ambiente 100% as per listing. Very clean and organized. Very cute and comfortable. Beautiful Landscape. Completely attentive Jefferson gave tips on the location, beaches and restaurants. Always available for questions. We very much liked the stay, it was very worth it. Very well located as well.
