Apartment vacation rentals in Southeast Region

It was all very good, they always answered our questions very quickly and kindly, we arrived at 1 p.m. in Rio and check-in was only 3 p.m. and I asked to leave our bags at least so we could go out to lunch and she kindly let us check in early without problems and extra charges, on the way out I also asked to leave our bags for us to have lunch there in the region before our transfer arrived because we would have an hour and a half in the meantime and it was also allowed in a good way. Everything was clean, the photos match the space, and I loved the fact that it had a safe. We will certainly return and recommend it to people. There were towels and the shower is wonderful. The kitchen is small but equipped enough for us to have our breakfast, we did not have the other meals in the apartment. I have nothing to complain about. I loved RJ

We had a great experience staying at the apartment :) We liked the location- close to the beach and has lots of good restaurants. Big supermarket located just 1min walk, thus easy to get ingredients for cooking. The host let us do an early check-in when we arrived. During the stay, the host was very helpful and was available for questions such as where we can park our car.

I've had an excellent experience! Since the confirmation of the reservation, Regiane has contacted immediately, always attentive, polite and concerned about everything, a very friendly and humane person. The apartment is complete, air-conditioning, fast internet, airy and comfortable space! The condominium provides a visible security, in addition to being a family and calm environment, the neighborhood has everything close! Pharmacy, market, restaurants and bars. I will return more times, I felt at home (I would live there kkk for me). Anyway, I recommend to anyone looking for safety, convenience and accessibility.

The stay was perfect, very clean apartment, well furnished, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils, I felt at home and it has a wonderful beach view. I'll be back soon.

The location of the apartment is excellent, walking distance to the beach (300 meters), pharmacies less than 100 meters away and the same for the supermarket. Surrounded by bar areas but the block is quiet. The apartment is super comfortable as seen in the photos and Thiago responded quickly every time I communicated with him. I would definitely come back.

Great stay at Livia's. The apartment is superb, quiet and bright. The view of the Corcovado is a delight! The restaurants on offer are delicious and lie at the foot of the building. Cristina, the neighbor who manages the apartment, is very friendly and helpful! I would recommend staying in this apartment 200%!

Jose was a wonderful host for a wonderful apartment. It’s at a fantastic location and quite cozy. The amenities were as described and there’s some wonderful restaurants nearby. From this apartment it is very walkable to most of the southzone and the beach is only two blocks away.

Ana is an excellent host, attentive, she responded quickly, we were in touch before and during the stay. Regarding the apartment, it is the same as the ad, with all the amenities described. Spacious, clean, and great location. Thanks Ana for everything, we felt right at home.

Our stay at the apartment was excellent. The property is very well equipped, located in a great area for those who want to tour Rio, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The absence of noise provided a peaceful and comfortable experience. The host was extremely attentive and helpful, especially when we lost the apartment key. The cozy apartment in a building with very educated gatekeepers. Very well located, closed street and safe, has absolutely everything close by. The apartment is the same as in the pictures, the view is beautiful. I loved my stay.

The apartment is very well equipped, just as in the photos, and served us perfectly. Both check-in and check-out were super fast, we had no problem at all. Everything is very well organized and clean. The condominium itself is outstanding. The river is open until 6 p.m., while the pools are open until 11 p.m. The restaurant, however, does not have many options, at least not at lunch. But overall it's a pretty good place.

Cintia was always very attentive with us and made clear the rules of the place, which were followed to the letter. The site was according to the description and was very quiet. i recommend it.

From the booking, the host was dedicated and helpful (a sweetheart!). Thank you for the dedication and respect with which you treated me and my family. I'll be back for sure.

Great rental! We absolutely loved it! The unit is safe, clean, secure and looks exactly like the pictures! Very beautiful! We stayed for over 2 weeks and was very comfortable! Anya and Yan were great hosts and communicated timely which was super helpful being our first time in Brazil. The community is super safe. The staff at the community was helpful and patient as we do not speak Portuguese. Highly recommend! You will be very happy you picked this spot!
