Fantastic spot. The cabin is so well equipped and squeaky clean. Maggie has thought of everything! Walkable to town in minutes and private. There are even glimpses of the sparkling ocean. 5 stars!

We loved Kristin’s place so much we came back! Kristin was as helpful and responsive as ever and the location is just as beautiful in the fall as it was this summer. The wood stove was put to use and the cabin was so warm and cozy. Highly recommend !

Great location with water views from every room and both decks. We enjoying watching the lobster industry at work. Kitchen has everything for a lobster feast. It was off season, but we found it peaceful. The small grocery store had everything we needed but there's a bigger store 30 minutes away if you needed more specific items. I'm sure this is a prime location in the summer! Other reviews mention the lobster business across the road can get loud but we didn't notice it. It does block the view of the water a bit but I enjoyed watching the boats and lobster workings.

We loved getting the chance to be right up by the water and appreciated the quiet and serene location! While it may not be the biggest place to stay it definitely has everything you need and is a really impressive little cottage. I will say you definitely do need to heed the warning about the stairs and getting in and out of the bathtub (not something we struggled with but definitely could be a struggle for young children or someone less mobile). Rock was a great and responsive host and we would love to come back during a warmer time period where we could enjoy the surrounding outdoors a little more and utilize this place again!
