The accommodation is perfect if you want to be centrally based in Tunbridge Wells for visiting friends and family. Whilst small and cosy, it is detached, fully self-contained and has the advantage of having a pretty and secluded, south facing, private courtyard for relaxing and alfresco eating. It is excellent accommodation if you are attending a wedding in the area e.g. at The Spa Hotel, Salomons, Warwick Hotel or The Beacon. Longer stays are welcome at discounted rates.

Pub, takeaways and restaurants are all 1 minutes walk away and Tunbridge Wells or Tonbridge are 5 mins drive away. Pretty country walks all around. Heaven! You can walk for miles from here. The flat is on a street with short term parking with free parking options 200m away. Or 24 hour car parks close by. With easy access to all the lovely restaurants, bars and shops in this picturesque town. The train station is just down the hill.

We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
