This apartment is a little dream, compact in the most charming way. Every detail felt so thoughtful. From the curated design objects to the vintage furniture, everything had soul. We slept wonderfully up on the mezzanine, in the rose-colored bedding, which I really loved :) Waking up to that view each morning made it all feel a little cinematic. Vítor was incredibly kind, helpful, and always just a message away. The neighborhood felt safe, and getting around was super easy. Ubers were always nearby. There’s even a small washing machine for light laundry loads. Truly, this place had everything we needed and more. Highly, highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was great and as described, hammock was a great touch too! Anita was super lovely and helpful and always responded fast. No complaints, just if you have any mobility issues, there’s quite a few stairs, so you might struggle. Otherwise can’t fault our stay and would happily stay again.

I stayed for a month in Gerd's apartment and loved it! It's great for longer stays. The apartment is in a really nice building and the location is great. Everything you need is within walking distance. Metro, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, gyms, etc. The apartment itself is really nice. I loved the balcony and the view! 10/10 would stay again.

Larissa is a very attentive and kind host, the apartment is quiet and clean (the two most important things for me). And a big surprise that I loved: a powerful shower! Just a note for women traveling alone: the path to the subway was quite intimidating for me. In general, I have felt unsafe in Rio and it's never too much to take certain precautions: avoid going to the subway at night, leave early or even at the beginning of the evening while the movement of people is greater and return by Uber. Have cash (at least a little for emergencies), do not go out with your belongings on display (necklaces, earrings, watch...), do not falter in the street with your cell phone! :)
