It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Extremely Not allowed bring the Pets please 🙏.The entrance is on mulberry blvd , not on Greenleaf ave.Plenty parking spaces, closer to hiking & parks, shopping centers & restaurants . Perfect middle location between Disney (20 minutes)& beaches to the south & to the north universal studio & downtown Los Angeles. Extremely Not allowed bring the Pets please 🙏, behind of each house have Landry machines. Can not smoke inside of the house, only outside of the house.
