The cottage has a studio layout, with Queen bed and sofa bed situated in the living area. There is a kitchenette, with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. There is also an en suite toilet and separate bathroom. The cottage was originally the laundry for the farm homestead and still has some of the original period features. The Paddock has one bedroom with a queen size bed and sofa bed, plenty of room for your luggage, tastefully decorated in a french country cottage style with large stacker doors that take in the view, ready to welcome in the mornings with a coffee from the coffee bar.

Would suggest this for children only for the limited room. Can provide a travel cot for infants if organised in advance. 10 mins drive away from Kai Iwi beach and a 20-25mins drive to Whanganui. We are situated on the main highway but far enough to not hear traffic. Great location for kids to run around.
