Debbie’s place is a little piece of paradise, the setting is stunning, the gardens are fantastic and the cottage is warm and cosy whilst also being spacious and really well laid out. We had everything we needed and immediately felt at home. The open plan kitchen into the cosy living room left us all feeling connected, utility space was really useful, conservatory with stunning views allowed us to dine together and relax during the day. Outside area is also stunning for meals on the patio and bbq’s and the hot tub was great to relax in on an evening looking at the stars in peace and tranquility.. there’s a slight walk up to the property across a field but once you’re in the cottage and its gardens it’s worth every step. Great for the dogs too. Loads to do in the area, our highlight was Lyme Regis beach.. many thanks to Debbie and everyone who made us feel so welcome. We would go back to Debbie’s place in a heartbeat!

Surridge Cottage is beautiful, as soon as we arrived down the lane we knew it would be perfect and it was and more. The cottage has been beautifully restored with high end finishes. Even the heated floor in the bathroom didn't go missed (my daughter loved it). Great location, we took a few trips out. Went into Lyme Regis and took the children to Crealy. If you want a private country break in a cottage, you won't beat it. Thank you, The Mellors x

Iveta was a fantastic host and everyone we met at Timbercombe was incredibly friendly. The lodge is super cosy and perfect in every way. All of our expectations were exceeded! Amazing hot tub, squeaky clean accommodation and mega comfy. We walked miles with our dog every day, leaving completely refreshed. Thanks so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The place is exactly as described, a very cosy little cottage with everything you need. Everywhere was clean and tidy apart from general dust you’d expected, with a lovely little basket of treats left for us on arrival. Check in was self done, flexible, and smooth, same with leaving. Lovely little village, a couple of local pubs within walking distance, lovely cafe just next door along with some very friendly ducks, chickens, lambs, goats and the occasional cat. Would absolutely stay here again and 100% recommend if you’re looking for a cosy and quiet get away. During our stay we explored Cheddar, Glastonbury and Frome, all within an hours drive and lots of lovely cafes and independent shops.

Lovely stay at this beautiful cottage within Weston super mare. Booked for a birthday celebration and was an excellent choice. Location was brilliant, within walking distance from the pier and beach, as well as a few shops, restaurants and pubs etc. parking also avail on street for free or within a car park- £4 approx for 24 hours which is absolutely fine. Cottage itself was simple yet chic, adding an element of luxury with simplicity. Really lovely decor and amenities. Bed was supper comfy which is important for us. Kitchen was stunning, clean. A huge thank you for the local produce you provided, this was really appreciated and made it that extra special for us. Hot tub was great, situated in the garden and made private with beautiful fig trees and outdoor lights. Was really a special time away. Really great communication from the owners too. Overall could not fault the cottage and would definitely return.

Cute property, clean, no direct access to the hot tub area but it is just across the driveway and is very secluded so wasn't a problem. Downstairs rooms slightly damp feel but then again it is a very old building so didn't bother us much. Very well connected to Bath and Bristol.

Had a fab stay at Sarah's Cottage. It literally has everything you need! Beds and linen were so comfy. If you like the countryside and being out the way this is perfect for you, local towns/beach only a 20 min ride out. Fossil hunting was so much fun at Lyme Regis. If you drive just over an hour you can get to some really pretty places, our favourite was cheddar & Durdle door! The Hot tub was so lovely after a busy day exploring, so peaceful just sat watching the birds. Thanks again Sarah! x

My family traveled around 6 hours to stay here for a family reunion, the cottage was in a perfect location and felt very comfortable. A really stunning cottage that feels so peaceful and far away from the noise of a busy hectic life. A house I would love to live in if I was ever lucky enough to own something similar in a picturesque village. 3 nights was not enough and we would love to book again next summer for a week this time. Thankyou for opening up your home to us for such a lovely occasion.

Great accomodation and lovely views from the outdoor seating area. Quiet and peaceful location within easy reach of Wells, Glastonbury and Street.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage over Christmas. Glenda gave great directions and check in instructions, with dinning recommendations. She was very helpful throught the stay. The cottage was perfect, it was exactly as the photos, stylish, welcoming and luxurious. We didn't want to leave. Glenda had also gone the extra mile with lots of fabulous touches. We felt so welcome and the were overwhelmed with the gorgeous Christmas decorations, a lovely surprise. It was also well appointed, so many thoughtful details. We loved the butter dishes, lamps and artwork. Everything was very considered, clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. Great location and brilliant pizzas at the pub, just a walk away. There was a little park for the boys and the local shop in the neighbouring village was well stocked. We loved it and would love to stay again. Fantastic break, thank you so much. The perfect cottage escape.

Beautiful place! We had the most amazing few days. The house is on 2 floors, beautiful clean bedroom on the ground floor with a fantastic on suite, large shower and bath. You can bathe with a view. Upstairs is a well equipped kitchen with plenty of equipment, a cafetière for coffee whilst sitting on the comfy sofa which looks out across the countryside and you can see the sea. Tranquil place, fantastic for relaxing and exploring.

Greenlands Barn is set in a gorgeous, peaceful location but within easy access of shops and amenities. This cottage had everything you could possibly want or need. The river setting is beautiful and the canoe an added bonus! We thoroughly loved staying here.

This is a cosy and charming property, which is tastefully furnished and contained everything you could possibly need (including delicious flapjack!). The area is rural, and perfect for complete rest and relaxation. Melanie was a perfect host - very friendly, relaxed and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Berry Farm Cottage is extremely comfortable and had all of the facilities we could have asked for. It is set in a very beautiful and peaceful location. Neil was very communicative and the description on Airbnb very accurately reflects the accommodation. This is one of the very best Airbnb experiences we have had as a family and I would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful family stay at Brook Cottage - with 3 generations there was something for everyone! Vanessa was so kind and welcoming and explained all the facilities to us, there was a comprehensive folder inside too. We absolutely loved the cottage, it was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and so well equipped too. Everyone slept well in the comfy beds. The games room was great for our teenagers and grandparents could join in too. We also enjoyed games on the grass area near the glamping site and our bbq area/ garden was private and beautifully peaceful with wonderful seating area. Beautiful! I love when an Airbnb matches and exceeds expectations! This cottage is beautifully put together - stylish and luxurious interior, attention to detail down to the smallest fixtures and fittings. We were very comfortable and able to relax easily with everything we needed for a quiet countryside break. Easy walking distance to the high street, top local restaurants and the pretty village of Bruton. Thanks Steve for the recommendations! Our host was responsive and helpful - we’ll be back!

A clean, cosy and homely place – it truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was very clean. The living room had cable TV, the internet connection was reliable, and the space overall was very cosy. The hosts also left us plenty of treats and were incredibly responsive and friendly. I’d definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

We (3 of us) had a fantastic stay at Simon's cottage. We've never stayed at an Airbnb place before which had so much equipment, both indoor and outdoor. The setting is absolutely beautiful, with fantastic views and sunsets. Because of the location, a car is absolutely essential, but there is a very well-equipped village shop in Baltonsborough, not more than about 5 minutes' drive away. The only issue, which others have also mentioned, is that the Wi-Fi reception is a bit spotty (but that's because of the rural location). We found the best reception to be in the living room, where we were able to watch films and YouTube with no problem. If you were intending to do regular Zoom meetings or something similar, it could be a bit tricky. Simon is an excellent and extremely responsive host, and we would thoroughly recommend the property.

We stayed for 2 nights as our friends were getting ready at nearby Mapperton, we loved the cute cosy cottage with a beautiful bathroom and super comfy beds - Beaminster is a beautiful town, wished we could have spent more time to eat at some restaurants and see the sites. A lovely and comfortable cottage in a really beautiful part of Dorset. Michael's instructions were easy to follow, even when one of the roads was closed! Ann was so welcoming when we arrived. Everything we needed in the cottage, all spotlessly clean. We hope to be able to come again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and the house and grounds are lovely. Fiona is a helpful and freindly host. The pool was not available when we stayed but the weather wasnt great and quite chilly at times. There is wifi available but no phone signal but that didnt bother us. Would definatly recommend.
