The golf villa was completed in 2021 and is located in the beautiful beachfront stew of Saimaa's Joroissela, facing south. Includes a comprehensive set of dishes, an oven and microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The terrace has a lounge and dining area, as well as a heated outdoor pool. The air source heat pump heats in winter and cools in summer. The villa is located 1 km from the manor golf course, and 3 km from the services of the Jorois village, including shops, gas station, Kotipizza, Hesburger, health center.

The cottage has two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a living room. The building also has a wood-burning sauna and a glazed terrace. In the summer, you can enjoy the yard swimming pool, use may be limited in late summer. From July 1, 2025, the swimming pool is in use, but not full, due to a leak in the pool bag.

A spacious grassy area is framed by tall birch trees, leading to a yellow building with multiple windows. The surrounding greenery adds a sense of tranquility to the setting, as the pathway gently runs through the landscape.

The apartment, a former home for village school teacher, consists of one cozy bedroom (sleeps 3-4) and a bright spacious living room (sleeps 2 in the pull out couch). In addition there is a large, fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment is part of a former school building (built 1959, shown in the picture above on the right hand side) and the owners live next door. We want to serve but we give you the peace required.

Wonderful aparment in Savonlinna center, surrounded by Lake Saimaa. The apartment has a small sauna, swimming in the lake is possible via stairs in the backyard. Less than 10 min. walk to the market square and city center services, Olavinlinna castle is about 20 min. walk away. Swimming hall (on maintenance break 7.7.-10.8.), Huwila restaurant and beach are very close. The building has a swimming pool that is available outside the reserved sauna hours.
