The farm has animals and is surrounded by thousands of lakes in eastern Finland, as well as natural rich forest areas. Idyllic farm stay in a really beautiful setting. Breakfast was great. It has a really lovely vibe. The only small minus the fact that we didn't know the sauna should have been booked in advance.

It's a great place for someone who needs their own peace from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A fairly modest, traditional basic cottage with an outdoor toilet and a wood sauna. Very good steam in the sauna! The fireplace in the living room also worked well. Price/quality ratio is good, hosts are friendly. Easy to come and go. Thank you! P.S. Finland's best hamburger restaurant is just a few kilometers away.

We stayed at Esko's farm for one night after a day at Repovesi National Park. It's very close to Ristiina and about an hour driving from the park. The hosts are very nice and we had a long talk over breakfast about Finland, where to go, what to do, what to eat, all kinds of information only a local can provide. Aside from that, the breakfast was great - almost all products were from the farm or the area - raspberries, eggs, honey, apple juice. I can only recommend staying there.

Especially thrilled about the hosts – told great stories and made people feel really welcome. Breakfast was superb :) Great, really authentic sauna available for an extra fee (15€ / 50min).

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It’s a lovely, peaceful place with beautiful surroundings. There’s a lake about 10–15 minutes from the house, and the views there are absolutely stunning 🙂 perfect for a walk or just relaxing in nature. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One thing to note: the sauna didn’t work out as well as expected… it heats up very slowly, so I wasn’t really able to use it properly. But aside from that, everything else was great. Would definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy some time in nature!

Matti is a great host and easy to approach. His checkin process was pretty good. We had all the amenities as he promised. We had a nice stay in a big house with Sauna. The place is perfect for big group. Also, we really enjoyed the snow scooter ride and that is the best part of our trip :). There is a possibility for Tesla charging as well. I highly recommend this place!!.
