Jacky's place was great and offered the right amount of privacy even with the other tenants close by.

The house is clean, cozy, and offers privacy. It includes a dedicated parking space inside the fence, which feels more secure than parking on the street. The nearby community is quiet, peaceful, and has fewer security concerns. Jacky was responsive in resolving some issues with the house. The bedroom AC unit was not working and couldn't be turned on until the day we checked out, hope Jacky will have it fixed soon, but this is not a reason to deduct points from my review because the living room AC worked well and was able to cool down the entire house.

I had the perfect stay at Janus's home. Ample street parking (just don't forget to pay attention to street sweeping days, because I almost did). The space was VERY comfortable and modern. There's a beautiful view of the San Gabriel Mountains outside too. Having access to the free washer/dryer was also a huge plus. Just a heads up, the neighbor has birds that chirp during the day, which adds a touch of nature to the experience. But other than that, I really enjoyed the comfort of this home. Would definitely stay here again!

Piya’s place is comfortable. The bedroom I had upstairs was very clean and cozy. I did not feel like using the common areas other than the kitchen and dining room. There’s a lot of stuff in the house and a lot of stuff to do. I just wanted to use the pool and sleep. the pool had not yet been cleaned for the season I guess I’m used to cleaning a pool year around. It is not glamorous, but it is a quaint place to take a dip and there are so many plants growing that it felt tropical. It was the exact getaway I needed. Piya is kind and helpful. I didn’t want to heat the house so he taught me how to use an air fryer for a frozen pizza. It was very sweet. I did not spend a lot of time interacting with the owners, but that was because of my plan, not because of anything they did.

Jacky gave very clear instructions on how to get in before I even made it, so I was able to settle in as soon as I got there. The neighborhood was quiet, the area felt safe and the place was very cozy. There was an odd smell from the bathroom - it didn’t smell dirty or anything so I chalk it up to it being a cleaner with a scent I wasn’t familiar with; it did initially give me a headache but after an hour or so, the smell was gone (I don’t think it would bother the normal guest and it’s more my own problem). Overall, a very quaint, affordable and private spot; I would definitely recommend it.
