Leave the house to find hiking trails, snowmobile and ATV trails right in town, go a little further to crownland for endless recreational trails for both motorized and non-motorized activity. Michelle's place was wonderfully decorated and homely. It was well equipped and close groceries and some food options too! It was pristine and well maintained while retaining the vibe of an old cottage in a sweet little town. Michelle was responsive and we were welcome with some amazing artisan cookies too. The only thing we struggled with a little bit were the keys and entering, but it was manageable as well. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

My friends and I had such a wonderful time at this cottage! The house was cozy and really well maintained and the outdoor view was absolutely stunning. Heather was an amazing host and answered all our inquires in a timely manner. Heather also provided very clear instructions to our group, making our stay that much more comfortable. We would totally book this place again and deeply recommend it for anyone looking for a weekend get away!

The Happy Place was a beautiful, quaint cabin with all the essentials for a peaceful nature getaway. Katie and Dave were thoughtful and proactive in providing check-in information and recommendations for things to do in the area. The cabin had tons of charming details, was extremely well kept and offered a lot of privacy. Weather and prior engagements kept us from enjoying the outdoor amenities (sauna, fire pit, kayaks) but we did enjoy throwing on a movie from their great collection. We would certainly come again to this picturesque cabin.

My wife and I got exactly what we needed with a weekend here! Quiet, peaceful, and extra bonus there is a generator! The power went out on us for a few hours, no problem! Generator ran everything and we had a great time! We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone! Perfect weekend escape

Tracey’s brand new tiny house is big on amenities and comfort. Nestled in the woods with huge windows looking out onto treetops, this peaceful home is a sanctuary for writers, bird enthusiasts, solo travellers, couples, and those looking for something unique in a quiet rural area. In a 7-minute period, I picked up 23 birds on Merlin, and was greeted by yellow warblers in the nearby shrubs as I walked around. A young rabbit grazed every evening near the house. Tracey is welcoming and quick to respond to queries, and she has thought of so many details. There is a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed in a cozy room with attached balcony- a great selection of reading material, puzzles, amazing art everywhere you look. Finding enough reading lights or places to curl up with a book in a rental is a challenge sometimes. Not here, as Tracey has created spaces that beckon you to relax. We highly recommend this spotless, private, modern retreat for your next getaway!

It strikes the perfect balance between high-end living and rustic charm. Tucked away in the heart of nature, it still offers every convenience imaginable: from fully stocked cutlery and snacks to campfire treats, firewood for both the sauna and outdoor firepit, a gas oven, extra lighters—you name it, it was there.The interiors are spotless and beautifully designed, making the entire space feel like a warm, peaceful retreat.
