Vacation rentals with a pool in South Pasadena

My wife and I found this place and booked it to host my parents and sister for Christmas and New Year. We had an AMAZING time and would 100% recommend it to anyone! The hosts were super responsive and took care of all our needs. We fell in love with the place and would love to return any time!

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

We were so happy to find Rikki’s place. It enabled our family to spend meaningful time together during a holiday. Everyone had their own private space and the pool was a beautiful amenity during the warm weather. We would definitely rent this house again!

I fell in love with Kaitlin’s home. It is immaculate, charming and comfortable. I loved looking at all of the interesting books and would have enjoyed reading many of them if I had the time. My only disappointment was that the weather wasn’t warm enough to take advantage of the pool! Next time! Thank you for a perfect stay.

My family of 6 stayed for a quick vacation for a family event at the Beverly Hills hotel. This Airbnb was perfect and centrally located. We went shopping one day at The Grove, which is always a fun time. It was fun taking morning walks and looking at all the beautiful homes. There’s a cute French bakery within walking distance from the house named La Provence Patisserie & Cafe. It has a huge variety from full breakfast and lunch plus yummy bakery items. Deborah was very responsive during our stay.

This home was comfortable and we enjoyed the peaceful residential neighborhood. The den/game room was a nice bonus area. The amenities were all as advertised (remember to BYO shampoo/conditioner) and the kitchen had all the cooking basics. Kyle and Maribel were responsive hosts and provided very clear info. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfy home, this is it - it was perfect for our family visit.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Kylie’s property. It’s a fantastic property with all necessary amenities and facilities. Lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Would without a doubt recommend it to anyone.

A unique AirBnB in a nice neighborhood close to so many things. We were refugees from the Eaton Fire and this was a welcome relief from the recent events!

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, anfangs bisschen schwierig zu finden aber wahrscheinlich lag dies an mir. Der Herr in der Lobby war super freundlich ebenso wie die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben zu dem war die Aussicht, bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Mann konnte auch das Telefon mit dem Fernseh verbinden und seine eigenen Serien schauen. Leider hat Los Angeles selber uns nicht so beeindruckt vor allem Down Town war ziemlich runtergekommen und viele Obdachlose, vielleicht für andere normaler als für uns aus der Schweiz. Jedoch ist Beverly Hills etc mit dem Fahrzeug von der Wohnung schnell erreichbar. Einfach toll Danke euch für die Gastfreundschaft.

Firstly the apartment is lovely with all the amenities one could possibly hope for. Ali as a host is lovely, very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries. Couldn’t recommend this space enough.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Absolutely fantastic property. Private and safe. To no fault of the owners, I might have ear plugs available for city sounds on weekend nights, but I will go back. The property is cozy and chic. The rooftop is spectacular but intimate. A fantastic find.

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Shant's condo was exactly as advertised and he was an excellent host. There was one small glitch when the parking pass did not work, but this was not as big a problem as it would have been if we were using it frequently. We love to walk, so the location was just fine. Also recommended is getting s Metro Pass which allows you to ride all busses and trains, and these are myriad in the area.

My bf and I got to enjoy the plant lovers paradise for a small weekend getaway. The place was clean, peaceful and got to enjoy the amenities like the spa and massage chair. The fact that this place was 420 friendly was an added bonus and got to enjoy some of Amara’s home grown green. Amara was attentive and responsive, we would recommend for anyone to come and check out this beautiful space ♥️

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The house is immaculate, stylishly decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The outdoor space was a dream, especially the heated pool! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. The host was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you're looking for a cozy, stylish, and well-equipped home, this is it! Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

Michael and Laura were fabulous hosts. Before I checked in, they sent me a message asking about my favorite drink -- so that they could have it waiting for me! I felt like I arrived to a secret garden, with a darling welcome sign at the front door. The entrance feels fully private and the area is so quiet. The space is thoughtfully stocked, with everything I needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, relaxing. Michael checked in to see that I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I texted about best walkable grocery stores or scenic walks. They are a perfect combination of warm and attentive, while also respecting privacy. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed. And I hope to come back again! Seriously cannot thank them enough for a wonderful time and for sharing their incredible space with me! Hugs to you both -- fabulous job!

We loved staying at this wonderful guest house! After driving all over LA it was great to come back to a quiet, beautiful backyard and cottage. Super nice neighborhood, short drive to Ventura Blvd. / Sherman Oaks /Studio City and fantastic hosts!

The host wanted to meet at check-in as long as we weren't too late. Our plane into LA was repeatedly delayed and the host remained flexible as I updated her on our changing arrival time. Check-in was helpful because the driveway is accessed by an electric gate and we learned how it operates and where remote was located. The unit is part of a large house with access to a very nice garden. We did see the hosts in the backyard occasionally as well as their dogs but we didn't lack for privacy. The unit was really large. With an open floor plan it could be a challenge for people in a large group to find a place to themselves. The upstairs has one bedroom and then a bed and pull out couch in a common area. The bedroom is private but you walk through the loft area to access the bathroom. Both bathrooms are large and nicely finished. The hosts checked in several times via message while we were there. Easy to walk to grocery and restaurants and easy access from LAX.

Beautiful clean spacious house, Daniel was great and communication was fast and easy. The location is close to everything 5-20 min drive to almost anywhere you need / want to go. Would definitely book again. Thanks!

Lisa is an amazing host! The space was lovely and had everything our family of three needed for a long weekend in the LA sunshine. The beers in the fridge were a very pleasant surprise after a busy afternoon of traveling.

What an incredible stay! We wondered if all the glowing reviews could be true — but from our first message with David to stepping through the door, everything was perfect. The bungalow had everything we needed, and the thoughtful touches made it effortless to relax and enjoy. We loved David’s recommendations (all fantastic!) and the daily jacuzzi was a dream. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the whole place had a peaceful, calming vibe that made it easy to switch off and recharge. This is a true hidden gem — we’re already planning our return! David’s helpfulness and quick responses made the experience even better. Thank you, David, for making everything so easy and welcoming!
