Another lovely stay at Julie's cottage. It is the best AirBnb we have stayed at, which is why we keep returning. Julie is an excellent host and adds some lovely touches to make you feel welcome. We look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful, peaceful location, lovely local walks. Chris was very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for us to stay whilst attending a wedding at St Peters Hall, Chris recommended very good taxi company for us to use too. Georgie the dog was a welcome visitor! Nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast with beautiful views. The breakfast items were a lovely touch.

We had a great weekend away here. The room was beautifully furnished and cosy in peaceful Holkam Park, and close enough to walk into Wells-next-the-sea. The bed was unbelievably comfy and the room had everything you needed. Johanna was a helpful and responsive host. Thanks for a great stay!

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Perfect Stay at Helen’s, We had a very relaxing long Easter weekend at the Barn with my elderly parents and we even brought our kitten! Helen was very responsive to messages and went above and beyond to secure the cat flap so our kitten couldn’t escape! The garden was glorious with long sweeping views over the English countryside. We enjoyed the remote and peaceful location. There were fabulous trail runs from the gate which we enjoyed at the start of every day. We would highly recommend a stay here.

A very peaceful location. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pop was extremely kind and helpful.

We absolutely adored Rebecca and Joe's little Granary! It was beautifully renovated, feeling both modern & clean but also quaint & cosy. We loved everything, but standout spaces were the cosy beds, functional kitchen, easy to use shower and pretty garden! Joe was really helpful throughout our stay and we really appreciated his responsiveness. If you're debating whether to book this place, just do it!

Lovely place with plenty of space and large kitchen, bedroom as well as enclosed garden for the dog. Lots of things to do near, with beaches and walks our highlights Village maid does excellent food, was a shame/ slightly strange that no pubs were open on Sunday evening. Also ate at Ingham Swan which was lovely. Seal viewing is a must!

The stay was very lovely, everything was so tidy and clean and we had a lovely walk to Felbrigg from the door or the barn. It was a great place to stay. Only one minor downside was the road noise other than that the place was completely idyllic & perfect!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sebastian’s lovely cottage. It was so charming and had a calming atmosphere - just what you need while on holiday. Sebastian was an attentive host but respected our privacy. The cottage was warm and cosy with a beautiful outlook over the stunning garden of the main house and our own private courtyard area. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds meant we had great sleep too. Not far from Burnham Market and Holkham Beach which was great for walking the dogs. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The cottage was just what we wanted - perfectly situated for guests with dogs-right next to a large forest & easy distance to a beach. The cottage was clean & comfortable with a perfect secure patio area with a high brick wall for those with four legged friends! The host was quick to respond to enquiries when made. It was all it said it would be: very clean and uncluttered inside, comfy furniture and bed, as well as quiet grounds with a nice patio, table and chairs looking out over the fields. Easy to find and plenty of parking space. Definitely recommend it.

We loved staying in 'Fortune Paddocks' Barn in Alpington. It was everything we'd hoped for, which was a warm and cozy barn, in a picture perfect countryside location. The barn had everything we needed and was immaculately clean, with a welcoming homely atmosphere. The host Hayley was lovely to communicate with. Pam & Stephen couldn’t have been more accommodating hosts. They greeted us on arrival and showed us around which was a lovely touch, and Stephen even helped to push my (now wife’s) classic mini onto the driveway when it gave out just as we arrived! My wife and I stayed here the weekend of our wedding, Pam & Stephen were so flexible with arrival and departure times and couldn’t have been better hosts. The barn is a brilliant place to stay, we would have liked to have stayed longer. We would recommend a stay here to anyone.

My family and I celebrated my 60th birthday. A beautiful barn minutes drive from Holt. The barn was so lovely like being at home. It was so well equipped. Lots of space and a Logburner. Underfloor heating. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and would love to go back again for sure.

Had a lovely weekend based at Little Tern. Easy off road parking, clear instructions, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, everything spotlessly clean and bright.

This is a really stunning property in a beautiful location - just 20 minutes outside of Newmarket; having been to an awful lot of (also lovely!) Airbnb’s over the years, I can honestly say this is one of the most nicely presented - so many thoughtful touches inside and out, and nice welcome gifts - super friendly hosts, and a really stunning, spotless property. The price is quite high compared to some but it’s such a lovely place and such a pleasure to stay at - all of the fittings are extremely high spec. Everything is clean, comfy and just what was needed for a lovely weekend away. We are already planning for next year !

Claire and Joe were great hosts and the place was a great place to stay. It was very roomy with lots of cupboard space and there was a wider range of utensils for cooking. The surroundings were very quiet and it was easy touching distance of a variety of places. They provided a guide with their recommendations. They were easy to communicate with and we would definitely look at a return visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Threshing Barn. It was the perfect place to catch up with friends – peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The accommodation was faultless, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Having a beautiful spa right on the doorstep made it even more special. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Wow! Five stars just isn’t enough. The Goat Barn was an amazing find. The hosts Sam and Bruce go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to provide a clean and comfortable holiday home. The goodies provided were very welcome. The cottage had everything we needed and was modern, warm and welcoming. Sitting outside in the garden eating our breakfast surrounded by goats and sheep was idyllic. We are already looking for an excuse to return. Thank you Sam and Bruce.
