Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in South Loop, Chicago

The place was great for my stay. The pictures don’t do justice as to how well it’s decorated. I’m a bookworm/nerd so I appreciated the books that were on-hand to read. The shower & kitchen was amazing as well. The place itself was peaceful and neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Will definitely be booking again in the future. Thanks Dean!

Super close to UIC, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It’s also not far from downtown Chicago. The apartment has five rooms, with a toilet on the first floor and a full bathroom on the second floor. It can get a bit crowded on weekends, which might make the bathrooms busier, but in my experience, they’ve remained clean despite being shared. That said, cleanliness may vary depending on the tenants. Also, the walls are a bit thin, so noise from the first floor can sometimes be heard upstairs. However, people generally keep quiet after 11 p.m.

Really enjoyed our stay at Cyndi’s Luxury Loop Loft. It was nicely decorated, clean and the location was conveniently located for walking to Symphony Center, the Art Institute and Grant Park. Cyndi was a great host and the building staff were very helpful.

This apartment was clean, comfortable, and overall just really nice! It was exactly as advertised but somehow even better when we arrived. The location is great. We were attending two concerts at the Wintrust Arena and it was less than a block away. The owners quickly responded and checked in to ensure I got inside easily. Checkout was super easy, which can be rare for an AirBnB. I would stay here again because it was a nice place and the owner was great! P.S. I loved the Game of Thrones theme in the apartment!

Good things: Host always responded quickly, fabulous view, very sunny, gorgeous sunsets, comfortable place, easy walks to the riverwalk and Fulton market, grocery store very close. just a fun, active place to be! Challenges: a bad smell randomly came up from the kitchen sink and maintenance could not fix it, so we burned candles; no a/c available bc it gets turned on (switched over from heat) when the whole building switches it which made it quite warm some days in April; only had one key for the two of us which made it hard to split up and do different things; saw 1 cockroach, but pest control took care of it immediately and there were never anymore, and we stayed there 1 month!...just being honest here because some of the 5 star reviews are not completely honest. We would stay here again, despite the challenges!

I traveled to Chicago for work and had a nice three-day stay here. The Airbnb is in a great location, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the small library!

We were 4 adult and 1 dog and we stayed at Matthew's place, everything went smooth and easy to feel at home, parking spot and great location of the house make us everything easier, it was so fast to get to the downtonw in lees than 20 minutes. Matthew was always responsive to all our questions, I definitely will search for this place to sray on my next trip to chicago.

Loved everything about this place! I cannot say enough good things about my stay. I will say, it is quite far from Chicago. It didn’t quite matter for me as I knew I wanted to find a place away from the city but on a week day it is about an hour or so from downtown. The place was quiet, pillows insanely comfortable, amazing shower, kitchen was great and well equipped, clean washer and dryer, easy to get in and out of the place. Great place to stay.

This place was amazing! My friends and I were scared about the parking at first but it was pretty easy. Instructions were really clear and the host was really amazing with their communications. The area that the home was located in felt safe and is pretty quiet. The home itself had great designs and decorations which made the home feel really cozy to me. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to others who are traveling to Chicago.

I would recommend the stay, it’s close to the train station and the leave to the highway was quick! It looks like the picture and instructions are always clear!

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

747 Lofts is super conveniently located, right near a stop for the blue line. Lots of great food nearby, we loved getting coffee and scones at Big Shoulder every morning. Host was very responsive, always friendly and helpful. Great communication, great location, would definitely stay here again!

In town for work and this was perfect place to stay for team. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Fulton Market while still providing a peacefully quiet setting. Bright, open and clean apartment with 3 large bedrooms. Nice kitchen for all meal-preparing needs If you don’t want to cook, no problem. Some of Chicago’s best restaurants are just a short walk or quick uber ride.

Everything went well. Place was very nice and the host was very responsive when I needed help and accommodative as well. Highly recommend if needed a place near downtown.

I was coming to Chicago to just have a quiet weekend away from work and the stresses of home. I wanted a few days to enjoy urban life peacefully doing a few things I enjoy. This spot checked off all the boxes for peaceful and private but also re adorably we'll located to hit all of the spots around Chicago. The place was exactly as pictured and clean. couldn't have been easier and I would stay here again. hosts were responsive. it was a great few days.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

Supurb stay in Fulton Market! Seth was an outstanding host—responsive, welcoming, and accomidating. The apartment was spotless, well decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and linens were especially cozy, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location is superb—just steps away from a variety of highly rated restaurants. The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind. Pack accordingly! 😉 Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again and agai
