This is an architecturally significant (3-bedroom 3.5-bathroom) home by noted Las Vegas architect Homer Rissman. We are located in the heart of East Lakeview, just half a block from Lake Michigan and Lincoln Park, and blocks away from Wrigley Field and Boystown. Smart TVs (with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) are located in the shared main level TV lounge, and also the lower level lounge. Entire home I like in-person check-in but full privacy is offered You will receive a link with detailed instructions within 24 hours of your check-in. Very nice apartment, well equipped, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect size for our party of three--two parents in our 70s and one adult daughter. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a sunroom with a sectional couch comfortable enough to sleep on or, in our case, work on--our daughter was working during the day. Internet and TV worked well. The hosts were super responsive to any questions, always replying quickly. And they were able and willing to be flexible with check-in time which was much appreciated. It was cold weather during our stay, so the space heaters provided for the bedrooms were a great touch, as were the extra pillows and towels in the closets. We took a lovely walk along the nearby lake/beach and wished we were there in warm weather so we could spend more time by the lake. Also, we had a nice dinner at one of the host's suggested restaurants: Lucky Platter.

Steven's apartment is a great place to stay near the Vic Theater. Nice residential neighborhood, seems safe, easily walkable to restaurants and public transportation. Bedrooms are small but clean and comfy. LR DR and kitchen are spacious and well equipped. Steven is super responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.

We chose Seun's place over others because of the off the street garage. However, the whole stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The place doesn't have the extra amenities we have gotten used to, like for example bottled water, first breakfast goodies (cereal bars, coffee) or snacks, other than whatever was left by prior guests. that was the only thing we missed.

The condo was very spacious and clean. It was comfortable and I love the modern kitchen and overall look. I am an interior and architectural designer so I appreciate that the interior is well done. I love that the condo is adjacent to Lake Michigan it makes for easy access to great views at any time of day. It’s also next to a park, walking distance to the L train and it’s a nice walkable area close to many restaurants. We enjoyed our time and appreciated having a nice place to stay. The owner was also very responsive to any questions.

My friends and I stayed for my birthday weekend and were super happy with everything, the fireplace is especially nice for cold chicago winters! We only had trouble finding street parking Saturday night when we got back from our concert at 3am but that was expected. This will be my go-to place for groups from now on!
