Smoking friendly vacation rentals in South Jersey

Cute little first floor unit with a few small stairs to get in. Away from the attractions so you aren't tempted, but close enough to get there if you wanted. Decent sized back yard and a cute little deck right off the kitchen. Lots of space for sitting. Just be aware, the driveway apron is a really high angle and the street is very crowned. If you have a standard car and not an SUV you will scrape. I damaged my front bumper on it, but that is my fault for parking in the driveway not Meghans. Based on the previous reviews, and current condition of the place, it really does look like Meghan is making good investments towards the property. I would recommend this unit and return again in the future.

We had a great stay at Marions. She was very nice. The place looked great. My brother loved the basketball game on the main bedroom door. “Best place ever” was what he had to say about it. The only thing was, that we could hear the city traffic quite a bit. But we were too exhausted from traveling to really mind and still slept good and the beds were comfy. Check in and out was easy and Marion answered our questions in no time. Would definitely recommend staying there!

Convenient location, close to Fairmount Park and Center City attractions. Quiet street to escape the hustle and bustle of a major city. Ample street parking, walkable neighborhood. Unit is comfortable and well appointed.

Natalia’s space was exactly what I desired- private, cozy, and peaceful. Parking was a breeze and communication was always prompt and clear. Thank you for providing such a lovely stay Natalia, Kevin, and Mango!!!:)

Rhonda and her place were great. It’s the idea spot for those coming into town for work. It was easily accessible and perfect for what I needed, a clean and quiet place to rest… thank you Rhonda!

Communication and hospitality from the owner was great, he was super accommodating and the house was awesome. Very clean, close to the beach, and very comfortable to stay in. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Diane’s place! From the moment I booked, communication was seamless, and Diane went above and beyond to ensure my visit was comfortable and enjoyable. The property itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, walkabIe and great restaurants. What really stood out, though, was Diane's hospitality. She provided thoughtful touches like shower suppIies and couch throws and there are pIenty of kitchen suppIies. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing, getaway. The location was a little bit old and spolied, the prize was higher than the quality that was offered. But in the other side, the host was really nice and I’m looking forward to stay at an other location with them

Had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable and easy to get around.

Miriam's place is great. There are two shared bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The three upstairs bedrooms are private. The three beds downstairs (two queens, one twin) are not private. The kitchen was well equipped with ingredients (coffee, spices, olive oil, etc.) and material (pots, pans, etc.). The TV, wifi, and showers worked well. Miriam is a great host; communicated well and was responsive to my messages. Overall, it's a solid place to stay.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb again and had a wonderful experience! The host was fantastic, always prompt and welcoming in communication, and they checked in on us throughout our stay, which made us feel valued. The house itself is beautiful, with the new floors adding a fresh touch to the already charming space. The neighborhood was delightful too everyone I met while outside was friendly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Such a lovely beach house! So many welcoming and homey touches. The layout was perfect for our group allowing my parents to have their own space in the back of the house and my husband and our three girls were at the front. A The sunroom off the back was such a nice extra! We were pleasantly surprised to find things some air bnbs in the area havent offered like Linens, towels, toiletries, coffee, wine and chocolate at checkin as well as access to laundry and to the shed with beach supplies (among other things). The host really makes sure that you feel at home here and have everything you will need! We had some trouble at check in but the host is quick to respond to all messages and calls. The beach is walking distance and great restaurants are close by. We are especially thankful that we were able to bring our dog! Thank you thank you and we can’t wait to be back!

We had a fantastic time staying at Frank and Angel's beautiful penthouse! The location was close to almost everywhere you'd wanted to go. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks or what you'd need after a long night crawling around philly (advil and coffee). Again thank you guys for your hospitality and the friendliness shown to my wife and I. We will be back.

we thought Dan,& Diane were great host. Beautiful place and my Dog,and Bird had a wonderful time.The unit was very clean,great AC,and Ice maker. You could not of asked for anything more,the 6 boat slips in front of you, (Private people) were nothing but polite and we enjoyed many conversations with some of them.The large porch with a gate was one of our favorite parts.You can walk to restaurants, Bar, and lots of entertainment. ( Fishing, silver Bullet) We think we would book this place again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME. It's not real big,( inside) but all you need TV,coffee maker, Toaster,plates,bowls,microwave, and plates,bowls, silverware. I rate the place a 10,and can't wait until we can go back. Thank you Dan,Diane, for your professionalism, and your warm hearts. We appreciated our treats for our dog. God Bless you both,until we meet again. P.S. Tell Your neighbor, nice meeting them.

Amanda was great! Informative and responsive. The place is exactly how it looks, nice and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. It was perfect for the 2 of us. We never used our car once we got there, so it was nice having off street parking. We enjoyed walking the streets of Rehoboth, visiting several establishments, eating great food, listening to jazz music each day during our stay. This was a darling condo and the location was perfect.

Adair was very communicative and the condo was amazing! The decorations were a standout and made the unit feel like home.
