Diane’s place was exactly as described and the pictures matched. Diane was extremely helpful and very hospitable. She was very responsive and made me feel right at home. It was like a home away from home. She lives near a state park and it’s walkable and absolutely beautiful. Next time I’m out in Wilmington, I will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. The location was perfect—walking distance to the University of Delaware campus. The check-in process was smooth with clear instructions, and the space itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to stay, 3 miles from Atlantic City. The neighborhood I peaceful and stately, and such a thrill to stay to stay at one of the yellow properties of the game of Monopoly! We loved it so much that we hope to return to explore the beach there. Steve is a very gracious and helpful host, and it was a pleasure to stay there.

It's a perfectly lovely cottage, as seen in the photos. One big happy room with a comfy bed. We stayed for a weekend, and drove to Philly a couple times (40 minutes?), which was close enough. We also hiked a bit. You can walk right out of the house, right down the road, right into the nearby state park, and right into the adjacent arboretum. Which is altogether pretty cool. Could it possibly be better? Yes, the one drawback is that you're staying in someone's yard. But the house is pretty far back, and we did not meet our hosts, or anything like that. That is to say it felt very private. In short, it was absolutely 100% worth the price.

My husband and I along with our dog Cash had a wonderful stay at Tom and Jen's place. It was very spacious and the view was spectacular. The fenced in yard was great for our dog who loved meeting and playing with their dog. Tom and Jen chatted with us when we first arrived and made us feel very welcome. The neighborhood was very peaceful and we really enjoyed taking our dog for walks during our visit. Everything was perfect! We would love to stay there again next time we're in Chestertown.

Donna was an exceptional host and is an amazing space efficient decorator! She had everything we needed and then some. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!

I stayed for a long weekend and found the suite to be very accommodating. Just like the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and the place was spotless. Very quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

Going to Serene Garden Cottage or "Mary's Place" is my happy place. Mary is an awesome host and I can feel my stress disappear when I walk in the front door. Everything about it is perfect and I always book the next visit before leaving...

Spent my birthday weekend here with some friends! The highlight of the house is definitely the 8 person hot tub especially this time of year when it’s too cold to get in the ocean! We had a great time staying here. Tricia and Lee were so responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here and checking out their other properties!

Alena’s place is amazing, nicely furnished with a queen size bed and comfortable couch. A large TV with Netflix & a variety of channels. In the kitchen you’ll find your very own refrigerator, modern appliances, and a large window overlooking the adjacent field. The modern bathroom offers a pressure shower and plenty of hot water. Alena’s place gives Airbnb’s travelers a feeling of a home away from home.

Suite is nice. Love the patio and privacy of being up top. We were lucky to find easy and free parking close by. Downstairs guests were loud but wasn’t an issue for us. Place does smell like flower & cigarettes upon entering the front door, don’t mind it personally. Lastly someone ate my pineapples from the fridge which wasnt cool. Friendly hosts enjoyed the stay.

We really enjoyed the place, very comfortable. The hosts made this place cute and provided all the things you need during the stay. We enjoyed very much and would definitely like to stay again if around the area. The town itself is nice too, we took a walk at a nearby trail and the downtown area. Highly recommend this place!

This is a gem in a lovely neighborhood. The host could not be more helpful . This is a spacious open plan. Great value for family in particular, plus a pool! Definitely the place to stay when you are in this area.

This apartment served us well for our visit to the area, conveniently located midway between all our local destinations. We found it easily using the clear and complete directions. It matches the description and photos in the listing. I appreciated that it faces away from the street so I heard no traffic. The host is friendly and readily accessible to help and answer questions.

Li and her husband noticed I didn’t leave my room for the weekend, they checked in on me to make sure everything was ok. I was feeling under the weather and the next day, Li bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers which really brightened my day! Her husband, Dr. Zhang carried all of my bags & groceries to my room every single time he saw me pull in the drive. He also gave me root vegetables that he pulled right out of his garden. They checked in on me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. We even played ping-pong together, which was really fun! My daughter came to visit and they had lovely conversation. I actually enjoyed my stay so much that I booked their other long-term listing for a month! Best and kindest hosts I’ve ever encountered… their home IS YOUR HOME! Would give them 10 stars if I had the option! Thank you both for your kindness and generosity!!!

We had a great stay at Becky and Dave's place! The location is great - nice balance of convenience (near to town) with being in the country with a nice walking trail nearby. The space is very comfortable, with all the amenities one might need. It was also refreshing and appreciated to not have big instruction / to-do list! We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as keyless entry (no need to keep track of keys) and having a readily available HDMI hookup for connecting your favorite streaming device. Parking and check-in instructions very clear and convenient. Recommended!

Lovely, calming place and location! Place is as shown, and you can hear the ocean and watch sunrise from one of the bedrooms. The front porch was great for relaxing and reading. The fenced yard perfect for our dog; she had so much fun sniffing the ocean air and playing ball. The house is in a quieter part of town, but a 10 min easy walk via beach or boardwalk to shops and restaurants. We misread the kitchenette description: there are no pots/pans for cooking, but making toast or reheating leftovers was easy (and there was also a BBQ grill). Place was clean, and Carol was a great host. Would love to stay again!

Wow! Absolutely, wow! Fantastic space at a wonderful price, centrally located between so many different areas. The host was very responsive and provided more than you’d ever think you’d need. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The banana bread was a lovely treat after a long drive. The bed was comfy, the couch was cozy, lots of hot water and nice water pressure in the shower. Even a washer and dryer if you need them! We very much appreciated the welcome binder, full of information and would definitely rent this space again.

Our stay at East Central Ave far exceeded our expectations! The suite was incredibly spacious, offering a comfortable and peaceful retreat. Despite being a basement unit, the private entrance, full bathroom, ample windows, and lovely patio made it feel more like a standalone apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. The location was ideal—it is only a short walk to shops, restaurants, walking trails, and the Paoli train station; everything we needed was within reach. Between Home Cooked and the Mediterranean Market, there are lots of healthy clean fully prepped eating choices for eating in. If you want to venture out, TJ's is within walking distance. In addition to the perfect location, what truly set this stay apart were the thoughtful amenities. Our host considered virtually every detail and the high-quality WiFi made remote work seamless. We have at least two more stays planned in the coming months.
