It is in a good location, and the apartment has everything you need. The host is well-communicated, and we enjoyed staying there.

We loved it! Super location, easy to walk to so many great restaurants and historic sites. Spaces just as pictured and as we expected. Communication was stellar from start to finish! We look forward to staying here often again.

The house is small, and only has a window unit cooling the entire thing, so we left all the interior doors open during the day and closed at night and stayed relatively comfortable. That was our only complaint. We had everything we needed, the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and appliances, the private back yard was a highlight and the beds were very comfortable. it was 2 blocks away from the boardwalk and beach, we were able to walk everywhere. All in all we had a wonderful experience and would return if we go back to seaside heights.

Rosa’s space is perfect for a stay! The space is neat and clean. There are stores within walkable distance and food is just a short drive away. The parking spot is a huge advantage!

We loved staying at Linda's place! Such a convenient location. Being so close to the beach, restaurants, and markets, really made this the perfect walkable week for some R&R. It was so nice to frequent the many businesses, established decades ago, and to experience the special community that Harvey Cedars is. Thank you for having us, Linda, and for the very thoughtful bottle of wine you left us!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chris’ Rail Park Studio. The apartment was easy to find and the instructions were easy to follow. The place was clean and matched the photos/description. I felt safe at all times and was able to walk to the Convention Center/City Center in 5 minutes. There were great eating places in close proximity. I paid extra for the parking space and it was well worth it!! It was nice having a car on sight without having to look for parking. I will definitely be back!!!

It's a great place to stay. It's private and homey, and I will definitely book it again when I visit Philly in the future.

Great Airbnb, would stay again! The location was great, right near a Main Street with shops and walking distance from the beach. The apartment was nice and clean and fit 5 people comfortably. We also had access to lots of parking. Highly recommend for a visit to Asbury!

Home was super sweet and lively but private for guests— everything as described. Would recommend for those looking for a place to rest at an affordable price.

Ben and his co-hosts (the wonderful pets) were all amazing. His neighborhood is easily accessible and very safe. The house description matched everything listed. Ben was very friendly and fun to interact with. Other people who have stayed with him before still stay in touch which shows how well liked he is. I came here for an away rotation as a medical student and it was perfect lodging for what I needed for the month. Would recommend this place to everyone!

The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean. Heather was extremely responsive to a couple of small things that came up and very concerned that all the details of our stay were perfect. The house was spacious and fully stocked, and we loved the hot tub and screened porch in back. The location was great for us -- on a safe, quiet street and an easy walk to a secluded beach. Since this house is located on the western tip of NJ, we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the ocean. Downtown Cape May is just a 10-15 minute drive as well. Overall a great experience -- would definitely stay in one of Heather's Cape May homes again and recommend to friends/family.

The house was even nicer than it appeared in the pictures. The living area is spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable for our family's needs. The outdoor area was very enjoyable as well. It is evident that Heather has put a lot of care into creating a welcoming vacation home.

Marie was very helpful, responsive, and informative. Her place was in a great location and close to the beach, and very clean. The beach passes, beach chairs, and beach toys were a nice added touch! Would definitely recommend!

Elaine’s house was very clean, comfortable, and festively decorated for Christmas. It was a very close walk to willow creek winery and beach plum farm. The master bedroom mattress and pillows were also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again for our next family trip to Cape May!

The hot tub was a nice touch and a great way to relax after exploring around town each day. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable. We walked to the beach and great restaurants every day. This was our first family vacation and it was excellent! It was extremely clean and tidy. There was plenty to do, the kids loved the dvds and games that were available. Great place to stay and the view was spectacular!!!

My family and I love Philly and part of what makes it feel like home, is using Airbnb. Gabriel's house was wonderful. It was easy to get to, in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from the water. Gabriel was very easy to communicate with and get answers from. Check in was very smooth. The place was clean and spacious. My kids LOVED the little arcade game in the living room. The decor was very tasteful and modern. We would stay here again.

Everything was exactly as described. It was great to be able to walk down to the river (less than 2 blocks) and along the waterfront. We were out & about in the city quite a bit and it was easy to either drive or take a Lyft. Nothing was further than about 10-15 minutes away. We found some great places to eat in Northern Liberties and Old City. The one negative was that the highway noise doesn't make the patio peaceful as a spot for morning coffee! (Still completely happy though - had it not rained, I probably would have used the patio anyway.) Having a dedicated off-street parking spot was very helpful.

This condo is located in the perfect spot! A very short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Once we arrived we never had to use our car until we checked out. The pool is a huge plus and we were able to sit on the balcony to see the fireworks. If you're looking for the perfect spot for your family to create some awesome memories this it!!! I highly recommend!

What a fantastic location. Clean, well appointed and RIGHT on the beach. The personal touches makes you feel at home. A great place to relax, unwind and recharge. Can’t say enough, this trip really was one of the best.
