Monthly Rentals in South Hanover Township

This was a great place for my young family. There was plenty of space and all the amenities you would want with kids (or even without). The arcade game and basketball hoop were a hit for my 3 year old. Additionally, you’re literally a 5 minute drive from everything in Hershey. Aside from the stay being wonderful, Alex was exceptionally accommodating. I made a mistake with my original reservation, Alex was very quick to respond and make the correction requested. Thank you for playing a crucial role in my son’s birthday trip being a huge success!

This place is awesome and we can’t wait to return. Everything was very clean, and it was private and so relaxing. The owners were very responsive and provided everything and even surprised us with fresh eggs. The chickens were such fun to watch from the patio, and Izzy their dog was so friendly. The owners are wonderful people and they were very attentive. We can’t wait to return.

My husband & I had an extended stay at the apartment (2 months) to visit family and attend several events. Dawn and her husband were gracious & friendly and close by if we needed anything -- but we didn't need a thing. Since it was late summer, they offered us veggies from their garden! The apartment was very cute, absolutely immaculate, and very well supplied with toiletries, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. The apartment is between Elizabethtown and Hershey and we enjoyed many nice restaurants in both, as well as in Lancaster. But, everything you need is in the apartment if you want to cook meals. There is a dual coffee maker: k-cup and regular pot brewer. As an added bonus, there is a rail trail walking path next to the property on which we enjoyed long walks. A beautiful pathway on which we saw deer, otters, squirrels, chipmunks, turkey and a variety of birds. Since our stay was long, we especially appreciated the nice laundry room. It is a peaceful place & we hope to return.
