Vacation rentals with a fireplace in South Goa

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

Had a wonderful time and a great place to relax. Had no issues. Shoutout to the helpers who assisted us even when we called them late at night. Appreciate their efforts. Pool was clean all throughout our visit Even though the house was squeaky clean we faced some pest issues during our 1st night, this may possibly be due to small gaps at the top and bottom of main doors. May be something can be done about it. Again not an alarming issue. Not sure if the villa has a direct tie up with the restaurant but the restaurant was taking too much to prepare and deliver the food Overall a great place to stay!

wijit and her husband are very warm and friendly people. wijit was very caring and hospitable towards us. The apartment was very clean and had all the essential amenities that would be required to live happily in Goa and go places. she had a regular clean up staff who helped clean the apartment as well. we will visit her Airbnb again.

It was a wonderful stay at this property. Nice amenities in your apartment including basic kitchen utilities. Location is perfect if you want to spend time in north goa. Swimming pool is awesome too. House keeping and security is cooperative. Only thing is the WiFi in the house is thru Jio-Wifi dongle. Which was slow. Overall this place is excellent for a family we enjoyed it👍

Superb Stay. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and extra bed provided. All amenities were given. Clean Drinking water available in the vicinity. Pool facilities were great. Host is also very active and constantly in touch, also ready to help in any way possible Overall great experience. Definitely recommended

it was very very comfortable and nice stay. Manish also take care many things and insure hassle free stay for us. we have 3 kids also and Manish arranged many things for them. Had a great stay with family of 8 people. Property is exactly like described. All amenities were operational. Prem was responsive person and supported to all our queries. Caretaker Pratap was excellent person took care of our all requests all the time. Villa was worth money and honestly we did not want to leave so early. I personally vouch for this property if you are looking for stay near Miranar.

This is a 6 star property. Exactly as the pictures. If you looking for a serene, peaceful stay, villa praia is the place for you. I had stayed with my pet and the place is an absolute blessing for them. Lots of space within the property to roam and play. The beach is 4 mins walk from the property. The area is well lit and lots of places to eat and go out in an around the area. Lourio is a fantastic host, very responsive, very proactive. Not the forget Ranjit, the housekeeper, he was just a phone call away, very polite and helpful. Treat this place like your own and you will have a great time.

My family had a very pleasant stay in the villa. The rooms were tidy and cleaned daily. The location is also very good with a 10 min drive to Calangute/Baga beach. Highly recommended. Would love to stay here again.

There are so many good things to talk about the stay we had in Goa. This place is located near to lake. The view from this place is green. There are so many shops available at a walking distance to get house hold things. And the house by itself is very big. Each room in the building is very spacious and also clean. All the amenities mentioned in the site worked properly. No power cuts. No water problem. Car parking is not a problem at all. Couldn’t complain in anything. Security is a little concern if you are coming alone. But if you are brave enough to manage, then this place is a heaven. To talk about Hemant(house owner), such an wonderful person. Helped us a lot in information about transportations and also about places in Goa. We arrived at 9 in the morning, at that time the house was not clean. He was staying 1hr away from this place. But he came and cleaned the house all by himself without complaining of us arriving early. A gentleman in that matter. To recapitulate, had a pleasant and wonderful stay in Goa. I would recommend this place to stay in Goa as the house and the house owner exceeded our expectations towards the stay.

Beautiful Home. Safe, clean and beautiful anaesthetics. I really enjoyed my stay at this place, it is so special and different to anywhere else I’ve stayed before. It’s absolutely unique. The host was friendly and responsive. I loved to feel like I’m at home but also surrounded by nature. It’s peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The caretaker was incredibly cooperative and made our experience seamless—she helped us store our luggage when we arrived early in the morning and even guided us on booking a car and scooter rental, which made exploring the area much easier. The kitchen was a highlight for us, fully equipped with high-quality crockery, including neat mugs, tea cups, shot glasses, and more. It’s perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking or drinking The property looked exactly like the photos, and we had no issues with the location. It was convenient and easy to navigate around the area. The only minor improvement would be the ACs, which I’d rate a 4/5. They worked fine, but a little upgrade would make this place even more perfect. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
