It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

We stayed at the beautiful La Maroma Estate (villa 08) for 3 nights, and it was absolutely perfect. After searching through countless villas and resorts that needed to meet all our criteria—especially being safe and pet-friendly—we finally found this gem and it exceeded all expectations. Spacious, homely, well-priced, great location, the villa was spotless, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully managed. All amenities were provided and the housekeeping team was incredibly helpful and always available. I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family, a group of friends or especially with dogs—they’ll love it as much as we did. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

What a beautiful villa, the pictures don’t do this place justice. The vibe in that villa is something else, which can’t be explained with words. The place was an absolute bargain for the price we paid. It’s very close to the popular food/party places. The caretaker, Rasheed, is an amazing guy, who provided us with everything we needed, gave us a tour of the place, and kept the place very neat and tidy.

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

Had an amazing time here. The housekeep/helper was also polite &very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom’s designed well. The room and the balcony were quite airy and fresh. And the washing machine, I must say, is an amazing thing to be included on a stay - it helped us a lot. And now for the best part, they have the most amazing, secluded & cozy pool - surrounded by lush greenery. So yes, the pool here was the best part of our experience. Just one thing I’d like to mention so that maybe it improves is that the towels were leaving lint out left & right which made them pretty unusable. But other than that everything was pretty nice.

well, If you are looking for some peaceful time out with your family / friends , it's a great place to be. accomodates 2 - 3 families ( about 8 pax) easily. Spacious , Good food and Goan vibes heigtens comfort feel. Colva beach is about 5-10 min drive. Martin's corner and Madgaon is very nearby. overall worth a relaxing stay.

Loved this Bali-style stay in Colva! Super clean property, premium linen and had all the promised amenities and looked better than photos. Big private terrace, cozy plunge pool with skylight was amazing. Leena Kapoor is a great host. she helped with all the restaurants and popular spots to cover in Goa. Can’t wait to come back in December!

Aesthetically done and beautiful old charm property. The heritage has been preserved and not dealt with much of modernisation of property to destroy the charm of the bungalow, however, all the modern day comforts are provided. The pool is spacious and private in true sense also it does not clutter the garden. Rohit has been a wonderful host. Caretakers are always at your service. Please ensure to ask Sumitra Didi to cook for you atleast one meal... Try Lunch. A wonderful place. Though a bit pricey but the courteousness and service makes up for it. All the best guys!!!! Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

An Idyllic Escape in South Goa – Absolutely Perfect! Our latest holiday at Jordan's villa in Arossim was truly magical, and we can't possibly recommend it enough. Right from the time of booking, communication with Jordan was superb – timely, concise, and very helpful, making arrival absolutely hassle-free. The villa itself is a gem. Situated in a secluded, green pocket of South Goa, it provided the ideal combination of peacefulness and proximity to the surrounding beaches. All the 5 bedrooms were tastefully furnished, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. The expansive garden, intimate balcony was the standout. Jordan has made a villa but provided amenity and feel of an luxurious hotel. If you're looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay this villa is the place to be. Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

While the house is as described gives you old Portuguese feel. It’s very near to a lot of eateries and beaches like Patnem and Palolem. All the essential items were there in the kitchen and the caretaker Samarth was very helpful in checking us in. The only con was, since it was monsoon season the road to the house was super slushy. Apart from this stay was amazing

I recently stayed at this cozy 1BHK near Palolem Beach and had a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was thoughtfully set up for both relaxation and productivity. As someone working remotely, I really appreciated the reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, and dedicated workspace. What really impressed me was the smart home setup. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was comfy, and the balcony view of the greenery was a great bonus.

The property is located inside a gated community. The security is great, and it's a good place, not too far from the city areas. It is quite, serene amd comfortable. The pluge pool is small, but enough to "plunge" with two people. The community pool is cleaned daily and it is quite big. The stay was awesome and everything was very clean and tidy.
