If you arr looking for just an overnight stay, no frills, Liang's Mansion is good place. We are 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers and there's so much space.

I regularly stay here when in St George overnight. The check in and out is flexible, the accommodation good and right in .the heart of St George and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Dean was wonderful, really quick communication. The staff downstairs were very friendly and showed me around. I managed to forget some of my belongings in the room and Dean made sure to secure them himself and put them somewhere safe for when I returned in the evening, I was so grateful!

The Queens Head does exactly what you need it to for a short stay base whilst visiting Bath. Friendly staff and very helpful. Thanks Dean.

I have visited the pub a couple of times before but this is the first time I have stayed at Alma Tavern. I stayed in Room 1 which was clean, warm and quiet. All the bar staff were friendly and gave clear instructions on how to check in (both while the pub was open and closed) and where to leave the key on check out. The communal breakfast area is a nice touch and it was nice to have cold milk and a bottle of cold water. Although the windows overlook a road, I found it quiet and no problem at all. One other guest commented on it being a good idea to look past the initial staircase to the rooms and I agree, I guess it could do with a lick of paint but the room itself and the location of the pub mean I will be looking to book again soon. Just in case it is of interest, parking on Alma Vale Road is free from 5pm to 9am and then you can park for 3 hours using RingGo or just pay at the machine. I arrived at 4, paid for one hour, then just set RingGo to cover the car from 9 to midday.

Friendly, helpful staff at the bar. Extra large room, enormous bed, warm and with a great shower. Good communication, lovely location. Will definitely stay again.
