Chris and Julie welcome you to stay in our spacious, well appointed, self contained apartment/annex. Newly renovated with beautiful fitted kitchen & modern bathroom. Situated within easy reach of Bristol & Bath with lots of shops & amenities available in nearby Yate or the lovely old Market Town of Chipping Sodbury. Would suit couples visiting the area or a base to work from. We have a lovely traditional pub right next door and a very good Indian restaurant just 5 mins walk down the road.

Please note we have 2 dogs at the prooerty. Self-contained studio apartment set in rural location but within easy distance of Aztec West, The Wave, and The Wild Place. Large bedroom, ensuite shower room and small lounge area with kitchenette and sofa bed or single put up bed. The Wave is approx. 1 km walk. The nearest bus stop is 1 mile away in the village so guests who are hoping to sight see will either need to be able to take on the walk to the village or have access to a car.

The property is warm and cosy and set in a secure setting in the countryside in between Bristol and Bath. It's a separate annex that comes with a fully equipped kitchen and en suite shower room. A great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep without interruption. We're just 15 minutes' drive from Bath Park and Ride, which is 10 minutes from the centre of Bath. Oh and if you would like a freshly laid free range egg for you to cook for your breakfast, just ask.

Comfortable and Clean Flat - Great Location

A stylish and comfortable one bed flat just off the bustling Gloucester Rd with its great range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. We’re around 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road. Parking can be difficult during the day but usually OK in the evening and at weekends. There is a lovely park just around the corner and a thriving independent high street.
