Vacation rentals in South Bruny

This a beautiful spot in Great Bay close to local sights and a good base to explore Bruny. We loved our stay here, lovely and warm in the afternoons with a beautiful sunny view over the bay.

Could not rate our stay at Judy and David’s home highly enough! Gorgeously designed with a beautiful view, it was the perfect getaway. We felt right at home in such a cosy, warm, clean and functional space. Such incredible hosts, thank you for having us!

The overall house was amazing. Very clean and equipped. Peaceful environment. Wake up to a beautiful scenery. Lisa was very responsive. Just 6 min to nearest gas station or supermarket. Definitely recommend!

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

This was our first air bnb, chosen to stay close to family living nearby. The house was just as pictured, clean, easy to heat (autumn in Tasmania!!) uncluttered, easy to access, and great supplies, including. Linen, toiletries, kitchen essentials, and additional condiments, and laundry supplies. Great views over the water and of sunrises, if you are up early. Less than 10mins walk down hill to Blackmans Bay beach (with kids). Loads of shops/restaurants/supermarkets easy 5 min drive away in Kingston.

A beautiful, peaceful and spacious cottage with an abundance of charm. The kitchen was very well stocked for making meals, and it was delightful to watch to pademelons and wallabies in the yard. It was surprisingly warm, despite the many large windows, and the fireplace was perfect on a rainy evening. Con provided ample cut firewood for our stay. The home was very clean and cozy. Note that there is not wifi and service from Optus is minimal on Bruny Island, but Con provided a detailed book with recommendations around Bruny Island. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
